This Casino Hotel is very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and exceptionally clean. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Awesome room size. Especially for the price of the room. Staff was very polite and helpful. Quiet area that was away from the casino section. Glad we stopped and would definitely stop again.

elevators randomly turned off while my family was inside and we were stuck for a few minutes. as soon as we exited, that specific one stopped working completely,

Nice hotel room at a good price. Getting the key to work in the elevator was kind of a pain but beyond that, staff offered up room of choice with either a city view or river view. Would definitely stay here again.

Late check in but I called twice to inform due to delayed flight. Once I reached to check in, there was one person waiting to check in. It was well over 30 minutes before someone finally came up to check in first person and then me. No apology given nor explanation. After the first 10 minutes of waiting, I attempted to reach someone one in the back and a female did come out to say someone would be out to help us. That was more 20 minutes later and by that time other guests had gotten in line. On second day, I could not access the wifi and was given a number of third party to reach for assistance. Well I waited online for 35 minutes only to be told to type in my first name when prompt clearly stated to type in last name! Still trying to understand why front desk could not tell me this when I called second time and was told many calls come into front desk about trouble connecting to wifi. A whole 36 minutes of holding that I can never get back when it took less than a minute to fix. There was another issue with lack of timeliness being addressed at eatery which we never were located by registration, but I've cited enough about my 2 day stay. The room is outdated and chair along with the little sitting seats at end of beds all had stains.I wouldn't stay here again.
