Hilton Shreveport

I was surprised at how cheerful every single employee was--from the doorperson to the check-in/check-out desk. Always smiling and displayed a willingness to help. Ditto for the restaurant staff as well. Would definitely suggest recommending to others!

Rooms were clean, the only issue that our room faced a brick wall with no views at all.

30 day parking is ridiculous. So for that they get a 3

Valet service- He NEVER offered to help us. He stood & watched as we unloaded our car and as I walked up to him to hand him my keys. We were not offered Bellman service Front Desk Staff- 1 nice gentleman was assisting another guest so I went to the female staff member. She was cordial, but not overly friendly. We are Diamond members and travel a lot on business and have had better experiences at Marriott properties recently. Our next trip to Shreveport we will stay with Marriott.

The facility is amazing, clean and the staff were outstanding

The hotel was really nice but the water pressure was too low to shower.

Everything was great, but we could not visit the pool because the water was dirty and cloudy.

The bathtub was rusted, room was dusty, parking garage elevator was broken and apparently has been for a long time so you have to walk down the stairs if you need to park on the upper levels. Parts of the hotel did not have ventilation so there was no a/c blowing in the middle of summer .

I stayed here. It’s nice on outside. But room had a weed smell. Carpet felt wet still. The first room we stayed in my shower didn’t work. The water did not come out. So they sent some kind of security that moved us to a different room up the hall. That room toilet handle was broke. I checked out after 1 day and valet was 20.00/a day. I was told I wouldn’t be charged at all because of my troubles. I looked at my card and was charged 2 days. My stay wasn’t good at this Hilton.,

Great customer service and restaurant in the hotel was great , staff was friendly!

GOT TIRED OF WAITING AND WE LET!!!! Not a very good experience at all.

They only thing it is that the elevator didn’t work On the sky walk so you have to use the elevator to walk across street to get to the hotel which isn’t bad I will stay here again

Issues: No welcome to the Hilton as we unloaded our bags. We had to get the luggage trolley ourselves before the bellman thought enough to help. On the way out, zero help. We had no hot water in the morning. Took over an hour for the maintenance to come to our room. Not in the same class as Starwood or Hyatt.

Everything was great, I enjoyed my stay

The first room i was given was dirty all towels used and trash bags everywhere.When i was switched to another room it smelled like mold the 3 room was ok but i had to keep moving my luggage.

Excelente location

The staff was nice & helpful in every way. When we checked on the entire 10th floor smelled disgusting and the toilet was non functional and dirty upon check in. Called front desk told them I will leave for a couple hours to get food and hopefully it will be fixed when we got back to determine if we would stay or not. Upon returning everything was fixed and fine. Food wasn't anything but tasteless ordered room service twice once for breakfast and once for half lunch half dinner. No seasoning and no salt or pepper offered. Pool was closed due to rain the end.

The staff was friendly and attentive. My sister requested to change rooms because of an unpleasant odor in her assigned room and she was quickly given a new room.
