The only complaint that I have is that the room had a smell and the refrigerator smelled bad
-
We loved the convenance of staying here. The casino is very clean. We stayed in a king suite and were very pleased
-
Everything was great

The room was spacious for a double queen. The bathroom was enormous. The main problem was that “pet friendly” rooms are also smoking rooms. It smelled awful in spite of the cleaners used in cleaning. The beds were extra firm. The room was hot and never really got comfortable. Also there was no bath mat towel and we had to use the hand towel for a bath mat there were no extra towels. The very luxurious marble in the bathroom became treacherously slick when wet. Hence the “okay” rating. The front desk lady seemed like she was trying to get us a desirable room. Definitely going to book farther in advance next time.

There’s a general disrepair and uncleanliness about the hotel rooms. I purchased and cleaned my own room.
-
Staff was very nice and helpful. Check in was very quick. Will definitely book another stay.

We have been coming to this property for over 20 years and we were deeply disappointed. We love Shreveport but sadly will never return to ballys.
-
Excellent place to stay.
-
Mold in room!! Then got moved to another room and mold in that room also and the smell was freakin nasty
-
Room had bad musty smell. Carpet and linen felt wet.
-
Checking in & getting help with our key not working was terrible. Only 1 to 2 people working the front desk. Not enough towels, no room service, no tv remote.
-
Everything!!!

The room had a mildew, wet, sour smell. The corners of the room were full of dust and dirt. The shower had mildew all around the base of the shower.
-
The sports bar for dinner was terrible we’ve stayed there about 4 times on our way to New Orleans. That was our last time 7/5 we will definitely find somewhere else on our way to New Orleans from Oklahoma. Service was terrible and everyone the wait was over an hour and the food wasn’t very good
-
Experience was good. This was a last-minute decision. The price was right so I decided to stay at Bally’s overall good experience
-
We went to eat at the Sportsman's Paradise on the first night and waited over forty minutes for our order to arrive even though there seemed to be ample staff. Another table that had been waiting for a while called for the supervisor and manager since they had been waiting for so long. When the food did arrive, it was hot and tasted good.
-
Floor had so many bleach spots, sheets had a few stains on it, floor was dirty, room service never came to clean the room nor replace new towels or toilet paper. The staff were super friendly but then cleanliness was not good at all.
-
Never again!!

Room clean casino excellence

I complained to the front desk and was given another room but it wasn’t any better. I was staying two nights and was told I would get a refund for my 2nd night if I chose to leave. I left and was still charged full price. You don’t have a direct number to call to get any help. Everyone you do talk too you get transferred and then an automated message to leave a message. Expedia is trying to follow up for me but they too are having issues getting through to someone and hopefully the right thing is done. Parking is horrible across the street in a parking garage with no cross walks on a major road where cars are driving fast.
