Restaurant very awful. Food took all day. When I ordered ribeye they came back and said they was out of steaks. They staff ate them all for lunch on their break. So I ordered country fried steak and mash potatoes. Potatoes was hard and not mashed but bitter to eat. Country fried steak was burnt and crumbled with I tried to cut it. Awful place to gamble. Do not do it

I'll never stay here again.....

The room wasn't as clean as I would like that tub had a stain on it and the floor had a clipped toe nail on the floor

Good. Very helpful staffing.

Both of the development who helped us were amazing I believe the gentleman in the evening was named Cornelius and I didn’t catch the man’s name in the morning. But he had been there since the beginning of the hotel.

Going down hill, low budget at best

My kids and I stayed 5 nights and we enjoyed it. It's an older hotel so there are some items that need addressing. When we got there some storms had come through and knocked the power out and the elevators were down for many hours so we had to hike up 9 flights of stairs 3 times and on the last time we decided to carry our luggage up to the room. The elevators never really seemed to work properly after that. But they were running. A handle on one of the shower doors was broke. My youngest daughter went to take a bath on the 3rd night and the handle for the hot water broke and wouldn't turn off so they moved us to a different room. No big deal. The toilet in the second room everytime you flushed would spray a little bit of water from under the tank. Other than that it was an enjoyable start especially considering the price. We would Def stay again. Friendly staff. Casino was popping. The restaurant there has pretty good food but a lil on the pricey side. The rooms were clean.

The hotel Rooms are soo unbelievably dirty, soo bad that they will haunt my dreams forever. One room had rice and meat on the floor and had obviously never been vacuumed. The second room smelled sooo strong like mold I could hardly breathe, the carpets were also soo unbelievably dirty where they met the walls and literally had visible scum in the corners.. The next morning I went to shower and the shower barely trickled out water and was obliviously broken previously and never fixed. The casino is not bad but the 3 reel slots I seen there were literally held together with scotch tape no joke…

Booked and paid in full for our room… got there after a 6 hour drive and they informed us that they had given our room away and there were none left. Didn’t offer help in finding another place to stay for the night and refused to discuss a refund because we had booked through Expedia. Reached out to Expedia to explain the situation… it has now been 5 days and we still have not received a resolution to our refund request. Highly disappointed in both Bally’s and Expedia.

The food was amazing. My husband ordered the country fried steak with mac and cheese. It was the best mac and cheese he has ever had. The country fried steak was excellent too. It was not a frozen patty. Everything was fresh. We will be back!
