Experience was good. This was a last-minute decision. The price was right so I decided to stay at Bally’s overall good experience
-
We went to eat at the Sportsman's Paradise on the first night and waited over forty minutes for our order to arrive even though there seemed to be ample staff. Another table that had been waiting for a while called for the supervisor and manager since they had been waiting for so long. When the food did arrive, it was hot and tasted good.

Floor had so many bleach spots, sheets had a few stains on it, floor was dirty, room service never came to clean the room nor replace new towels or toilet paper. The staff were super friendly but then cleanliness was not good at all.

Never again!!

Room clean casino excellence

I complained to the front desk and was given another room but it wasn’t any better. I was staying two nights and was told I would get a refund for my 2nd night if I chose to leave. I left and was still charged full price. You don’t have a direct number to call to get any help. Everyone you do talk too you get transferred and then an automated message to leave a message. Expedia is trying to follow up for me but they too are having issues getting through to someone and hopefully the right thing is done. Parking is horrible across the street in a parking garage with no cross walks on a major road where cars are driving fast.

Everything was fantastic

Awesome and Professional.

I like the parking convenience and Casino convenience. I was disappointed that our room wasn’t cleaned and no clean towels automatically given. We were told the rooms are cleaned until our stay, this is the first time that had happened to us. We asked for cleaned towels, waited two hours and had go back to the front desk to request them again. The extensions on the room phone didn’t work, we couldn’t contact front desk, housekeeping nor room service.

Room was dirty. Hole in carpet, telephone didn’t work, safe didn’t work, refrigerator was frozen, coffee pot was missing part, ice bucket had no lid, water pressure was low, $20.00 for burger and fries too high, no bath towels. Overall, hotel has deteriorated since Ballys took over. Employees are very nice. Housekeeping needs major changes!

Visited the Sportsman Paradise restaurant on site. Food was good, but the staff not very attentive. Casino was clean and staff pleasant. Overall, decent and in a good location.

Clean rooms and great staff.

The hotel was not clean, the carpet had a terrible odor in the hallways and lobby. Aries the rooms were dirty and not cleaned properly. The wallpaper was peeling from the walls. There was clumps of dust and hair in the corners hair in the floors hair around the commode the bidding had holes in it. The curtains were hanging partially from the windows. There were no phones in the rooms we had to call multiple times for towels. The lines were long. I have multiple photos to support everything that I am saying.

the hotel was short of staff in the restaurant and it was a conference in town

Restaurant very awful. Food took all day. When I ordered ribeye they came back and said they was out of steaks. They staff ate them all for lunch on their break. So I ordered country fried steak and mash potatoes. Potatoes was hard and not mashed but bitter to eat. Country fried steak was burnt and crumbled with I tried to cut it. Awful place to gamble. Do not do it
