OYO Hotel Bossier City LA - Red River

The motel has been closed for months. The motel was closed too many vice and drug arrest a known low life motel That I was allowed to be sent there your advertising, I thought you represented good wholesome places

Nothing The hotel was permanently closed down but you guys said my booking was confirmed. Drove six hours not to have a place to stay very disappointed you guys should know this before letting me book a place that was not functional.

Nothing. I booked with under the premise of being able to cancel if needed to as long as it was over 24 hours ahead of time. I fell ill and tried to cancel well before the deadline. They kept my money for the 2 days I had booked! This is one of those places that has to do every under handed thing to make money. Use another service and book a different place

Very comfortable and quiet. Could not access many channels on t.v.. and stations kept freezing up. I always travel with my iPad with my streaming services . So I wasn't too concerned. The t.v. remote was missing.

This place is DISGUSTING! I can't even believe a company as reputable as yourself would willingly list this property on your site. I literally was scared to stay there, trash everywhere, so nasty, nobody in office because there was no AC in office. Obviously this place is being remodeled, didn't get room reserved, people stayed over...lol! 5 cars in parking lot, apparently they live there...lol I WILL NOT AND DO NOT TRUST TRUST YOU ANYMORE BOOKING! We are ending a very business partnership. I have had enuf! This is actually the 2nd time you have sent me to a shithole, last time was Christmas time last year..you are a disgusting site..You cannot, there is No way possible yall check sites b4 listing them! Yall are liars! ALL IS LISTED ABOVE!

Nothing.It was filthy and had roach’s everywhere and trash outside rooms.so much to list about what was wrong and went wrong.I couldn’t type everything. It’s a dump and should be closed.I should get a refund.I took plenty of photos and additional info The non smoking room I reserved with king bed was given to someone else and I had to take a room with two full sized beds and everything in it smells like cigarette smoke. Hair on toilet, fridge dirty, walls and floors filthy. Lots of roach’s. Pool green.

Room was destroyed holes in the bathroom door, no trash can. Had bugs, only one outlet worked, and the shelf was ripped out of the wall.

Nothing Everything about the room. Upon arrival no one was in the office for at least 15mins I had to wait for him to pull up. This property online looks great that’s the reason I booked it but I pulled up and immediately I knew it was a scam. Then I gave it the benefit of doubt and checked in and it was horrible and scary for a single woman. Need updated furniture every was not cleaned but the sheets. Curtains hanging up was disgusting the refrigerator was dirty and had bugs in it. The Wi-Fi didn’t even work the tv didn’t work I asked two times for someone to come fix it and he lied saying he was coming each time. It was a horrible experience for me traveling by myself

Nothing Everything. The whole place is trash. Trash and roaches everywhere. I've already explained all this before so I don't know why I keep being asked like I'm going to change my mind. That hotel needs to be condemned and they should refund my money because I couldn't even stay one night there. I will never use booking.com again either because of the lack of customer support. Refund what I paid and I may think about it.

The location was great, five minutes to the casino Had to wait 36 minutes to check in,no one was in the office. A lady and little came we registered. One one pillow (no pillow cases. No blanket, no cups,no ice. To use the microwave you unplug the refrigerator and it needed cleaning. Roaches very poorly maintained rooms.
