The facility was nice but both rooms we looked at smelled like smoke. Like someone had just smoked in there right before we walked in. The second room we looked at smelled like smoke, Chinese food and bleach. The front receptionist was very helpful and allowed us to look at the rooms first before we booked. We ended up cancelling our reservation.

Awful and travel filter and info are wrong no casino and no pets!

The hotel is clearly past its prime, I think they're trying to fix it up but it's a slow process. That being said, it has its own character. The pool was good, even if it could use a little love. The breakfast was full and hot and exactly what we needed. It was functional and in a good location.

I guess the people with high ratings must have stayed in another part of the hotel. My room was dirty, tv didn’t work (they did get us one that did), tub dirty, faucet dripping, no coffee cups, 2 towels for 4 guests, entry to my wing was very dirty with broken windows, abandoned Wendy’s out front tells it all, needs a lot of work, not just a bunch of caulk, never go by photos

Need updating , had roaches

You can tell they take pride in keeping everything clean and making guests feel at home. I felt safe, relaxed, and taken care of the whole time. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bossier. Highly recommended

When i went to breakfast still way before serving stopped, most of the containers were empty. The staff person advised she would be refillling. After having checked once, after over thirty minutes, i needed to leave. Disappointing. Our TV didn't work and the front desk was advised. The guy came and got our TV and brought another which did not work. After two more tries of bringing non-working TV's, he was frustrated, mumbling and cussing under his breath, we told him to forget about it. We did not want an angry person in our room!!! Another disappointment. I will say that the front desk staff were very nice

The pictures are the only thing that's nice with this hotel. Rooms are old and out of date. Floors dirty. Needs to be renovated. Ive stayed at some super 8 motels that was nicer than this.

I check in and called a called a staff from the front desk. She was the one who checked me in very nice very professional but i wasn’t happy with my room it was not clean the microwave was not clean. I pulled out the bed and right above the headboard on the sheets were filthy the manager. came to the room and apologized and put me in a different room. I checked out the next day.

Internet didn't work over three days. No help from management. Breakfast was out a half hour late.

Great Stay Awesome grits 😋

There is nothing good to say about this place. The pictures are very misleading. This place is old and unkept. Air conditioner only partially works. Everything is rusted and stained in the rooms. The pictures showing nice amenities and pool are are not true at all. Truly disappointing considering what we had to pay for our stay.

Air conditioning wasn’t all that great

It is an older hotel but the staff is wonderful!!! Friendly, helpful, professional, and very friendly! The lobby and breakfast area are amazing. Our room was clean, air conditioner worked great, beds were great, bathroom clean and nice. It wasn’t fancy, but was clean and comfortable and safe! We will definitely come back!!! The breakfast lady was amazing!!! Food was great.

Room clean but wear and tear is obvious. Need some renovation work done for old countertops and bathtub. Did not eat breakfast. A/C worked fine.

The staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was standard. Fresh fruit, yogurt, there was also hot breakfast, sausage and gravy and biscuits. Coffee. Juice. The rooms were clean. Everything was in good working condition. The AC was cold. The shower was warm. The towels and sheets were clean. TV worked. Plugs worked. Everything was as expected. I stayed alone with my young son for the weekend and felt safe. Don’t book here and stay here if you’re expecting a 5 star resort. This is a perfect middle of the road property. Close to the baseball fields we were playing at that weekend and it was a perfectly safe, secure, comfortable and reasonable stay for a great price.

Needs some updating, but it was good for the one night we stayed. The breakfast was great, and the staff are wonderful. Our breakfast was delicious, and we had a great time.

Very run down and dirty!!! Staff was nice and that’s the only thing good about this place.

Do NOT stay here. The pictures are deceiving. It literally looks like something out of a horror movie inside. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the AC and everything else worked inside the room. It smells horrendous inside. The hallways are dark, hot and scary. The exterior doors are supposed to be locked and key card access but the locks are broken so anyone can enter the building. The surrounding area is incredibly sketchy. Nothing about this place feels safe. We were worried our cars would get broken into and having a ground floor room with no exterior door lock made safety an even bigger concern. We left and found a better, safer, cleaner hotel.
