Rooms were very small and not very comfortable. There is no breakfast as indicated. The staff at check in were not very friendly. Place needs to be updated.

We got in late in the evening and were greeted in the most positive manner. So many other places have treated us like we were an inconvenience, not here. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that asks. Even had a pleasing breakfast.

Stayed for one night while at a gymnastics meet. The room worked, but wasn’t great. Wasn’t as clean as I’d like in a hotel. Breakfast was simple, but okay for a quick trip when you’re not trying to spend a lot.
-
Electricity was temporarily out during my stay. The room was cozy and clean. The continental breakfast was simple but what I expected for the rate of the room. I would stay there again.

Overall it just seems like they do try to keep the rooms and overall place looking decent and professional, Sadly if you don’t charge a lot for the rooms- there is no budget for maintenance im guessing. My room smelled clean and beds too, but the poorly repairs everywhere made it look not to clean.

the staff was great. the rooms were very small but i do not know if you can upgrade. a very HUGE PLUS for us is that they do not have any smoking rooms inside the building, you smoke, you go outside. another big plus is that there is an outback restaurant next door and others within walking distance. we would def stay again another night like we did.

The only problem I had was that the room was so small but maybe I didnt read the fine print about what i was renting.
-
The room was nice, they only had two luggage carts which made it difficult to get our bags to the 4th floor, the halls and main lobby had no air, it was extremely hot coming and going. The elevator only went to the 2nd and 4th floor which made taking it a judgement call really, we took the stairs!
-
Absolutely amazing. Clean room. Smelt lovely, overall a good turn out.
-
Definitely not as clean as it looks online. Multiple things are in need of repair - elevator, hallway air conditioning, lights not working in the room, lights were full of dead bugs. Asked for more towels and we had to go get them ourselves. Air conditioner leaking into the floor onto the carpet. Door would not latch properly and could not use dead bolt to lock the door. Bathroom door did not shut properly.
-
The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking was small, but sufficient.
-
The power went out, so it interrupted my stay
-
Clean enough to pass muster. Elevator was malfunctioning for 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs were taken, given we were 3rd floor. Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog. Disappointed.

-
Good, access in and out, great location.

Parking was great

This place was nasty and runner down.
-
Bed was supposed to be a queen but was only a full size. It was still comfortable but shorter than expected.

I had a terrible experience. I wont be returning to this hotel or recommending it to others. The best thing that I can say is that the staff was nice. We encountered everything from a falling light fixture, broken toilet, broken a/c unit, no phone cord on the phone, no clock, and a missing vanity mirror ( just evidence of where a mirror once was). Oh and I wont even get started on my feelings being hurt from the clothes and my kids headphones that were damaged by the water that came out of the falling light fixture. I wish I had taken pictures of everything
