We always stay here when we travel to New Orleans. Reasonable price, clean. Incredibly friendly staff . Three years and counting. Can't wait till next time 😉

Ac was awesome. Blows cold. Was great. Just bummed out there was no pool. Overall 4 stars. Only because of the pool

My family & I had a wonderful stay. Only recommendations I could like of is if there are more than 2 people staying in a room then there needs to be more than 2 towels.

The staff was helpful, the room was clean and the a/c cold.

La habitación apestaba a cigarrillo, las sábanas sucias, el cuarto habia basura, al mover las sábanas habían cabello y sábanas manchadas, en la tes edición la chica fue super ofensiva, nisiquiera quisimos quedarnos ,como iba ha acostar a mi hija de 3 años en esa cama, la peor experiencia del mundo. No reserves aqui, es lo peor

Every thing was good

Did not eat ! Only one banana! Sucked The room was not clean. Sleep on a thou up bed. It was all over the mattress cover! So nasty! People screaming out at 3:00 am. Had a bad smell they tried to cover up with a plug end smelling thing! Stay away from this place. We should have complained about it. And got a refund on it!

The staff was friendly. We got a non smoking room, and upon checking in it smelled strongly of smoke. The sheets were filthy and had cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was broken and unusable.

The property was set away from the major traffic on a service road, which was a plus for privacy and noise. The front desk was attentive to requests for an extra coffee packet and sugar. Room was clean, bed was clean, shower and facilities were clean. (I have a blood, urine light that exposes unclean surfaces)- a good thing to have when staying at a hotel. If I ever have to stay in Shreveport, LA. again, this will be one I will consider. Much appreciation for the hospitality!!

We had a good day, we slept good and it was pretty clean. The only complaint I had was the microwave was filthy but other than that we had a pretty good stay.
