Studio 6 Extended Stay Bossier City, LA - Shreveport

Hotel charges you for a cleaning fee $10 and a laundry fee $2 plus a deposit $70 which after a week I still have not gotten back. Sheets not clean doors to hotel due not lock so anyone can come into the hotel after hours with no apparent security. Total waste of money and really need my deposit back

On top of the room not being ready which was dirty the lady at the front desk charged me a additional 82.00 dollars on top of my Expedia charge for the room I paid already. I was told 12.00 was for some additional fees and would be getting 70 back. I'm very upset that I haven't received nothing for extra charges.

I arrived and was told they couldn’t honor my reservation. They kept my money but didn’t give me a room key or honor my reservation for the room. He stated he saw the reservation but couldn’t make a key and claimed it would be refunded. To date I have received nothing back from their failure to honor the reservation I prepaid for.

I was charged a deposit. I was charged a surcharge for electricity. The facility was absolutely filthy. I felt unsafe the whole time I was there. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. I would tell anybody to run don't go there Everything.

Elevator is broken, key card making machine is broken, to place smells bad and was dirty!

I liked the Stove No remote, unable to watch TV without it. Dirty drawers, front desk unable to get remote from another room. No cash accepted and I still didn't get $70 refund back for deposit on my card.

I wouldn't know this last booking they informed my guest the room was not available and messaged me but since it was booked with Expedia they never issued refund to Expedia so I could get my refund and they fraudulently kept the booking funds when the front desk attendant told me they had a room they took deposit looked at system refunded deposit but never canceled the booking in system hence taking the booking cost in total. Still waiting for resolution a month later.

Nothing Very unprofessional and pricing got adjusted to different price once you got to hotel, need to hire a more professional staff. No one was at front desk when arriving at hotel waited 10 to 15 minutes no acceptable.

I didn’t like anything Place was horrible Whole hotel smells, employees you can’t tell if they work there r not they were dressed in basketball shorts and tank top

There are lot of cockroaches, i mentioned them to the staff, they did not look into it, when ever internet is gone, they wont look not it, they will say every thing is fine later they will come and say they re started, front desk lady is rude to core , no maintenance in 28 days , i paid 15$ for maintenance, over all pathetic
