Extended Studio Suite Hotel

I love how there is everything u need in the room. It could be cleaned a little more and wash the blankets after every stay. It could be some kind of breakfast served, i could even help and cook it.

The convenience and proximity to restaurants and shopping It was very dirty and a lot of things did not work: the sink was clogged, there were no utensils anywhere, the fridge kept freezing all the food even on the lowest setting, the floor was extremely dirty, and the bed frame was broken. On top of all of that, the neighbors were all of questionable quality.

Ample space for an extended stay. None of the amenities were available during our stay. Our stove didn't work, and management did nothing to repair it. We had a weekend that was interrupted by a very unruly crowd hanging outside our room. Our queen sized bed was actually a full size. There are many other things to mention, just not enough room. Under proper management, this 2.5-star hotel could become a 4-star easily. Too bad they would rather pinch pennies instead of making improvements.

Didn’t like it at all. It wasn’t what was advertised online when u booked. It was filthy, some lights wasn’t working, things were sticky, ceiling fans had so much dust, the smell of the room was horrible. And they said there would be a pool, but it wasn’t filled with water. And it was so bad I had to lose 243 dollars, because I was told it’s non refundable. Had to go get another room somewhere else, which costed me another 260 dollars. Very bad experience here.

Absolutely nothing That I didn’t feel safe. The pool was drained and not available. The breakfast an absolute joke. The room came with 2 sets of towels. 1 trash can in the kitchen. None in bathroom or living area. Was not clean. Sleeper sofa was too nasty to even fold out.

Didn't like anything about the property Door handle on front door would work when I check in could get property management to come to main desk to help me had to stay somewhere else property refused to refund my money

Safe enough to even sleep. They need new management. When asked how I even got a room booked I told them on the website and they seemed annoyed and said they didn’t even have rooms available.

Staff was nice enough. There are NO amenities. Our stay was from Tues. thru Sun. Had to request clean towels by taking the used towels to the front office myself as I was told there was only (1) housekeeper. Please bring your own cooking utensils, kitchen ware etc., garbage bags. The outside of the property left a lot to be desired; it needs a complete overhaul. The pool was out of service as well. The room itself was O.K. but needs remodeling as well. The sofa was Filthy. We had to go to the office for toilet paper and garbage bags. We dumped our own trash. I would not stay here again. The online pictures and description are misleading.

The area is quiet. Plenty of room. The amenities are pretty much nonexistent, and the pool has no water in it. My stove does not work. Our room is damp. Would love to have a bathtub instead I have a walk in shower. Overall the place could improve and move from a 2.5 star to a 4 star with minor improvements

nothing It was filthy. The door was open , trash everywhere, dirty towels everywhere, unmade bed with dirty sheets. some teenagers were outside screaming and arguing. Office told us room was ready. needless to say we did not stay there. still waiting for a refund, booking . com should be helping me more with that

the only thing that I liked was the manager trying to make everything alright except to have their rooms cleaned and he offered to give me back my money which i got the deposit back and still waiting on the refund i have not received and have had to stay in a tent because I do not have another 500 dollars to book another room upon check in the manager sent me to the reserved room and it was nasty and dirty not cleaned went back to office and he sent me to another one that had throw up in it and worst the manager gave me the deposit back and said that he was refunding 6 of my 7 days back and I have not received it from booking.com as of yet its been over a week since I cancelled this with the agreement that we would get our money back except one day
