Hilton Garden Inn Bossier City, LA

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. The only negative was that all external doors except the front entrance were not working. But I was told that was temporary.

The outside doors won’t let you in- all the key pads don’t work…as in only the front door lets you into the motel. The beds are hard, the pillows are fluffy, but drown you when you lay on them. AC struggles to keep up and the room never hit 73. The pool was great. Plenty of parking in the back and on the sides, but you’re gonna have to hoof it to the front door to get in. Elevator is slow. I won’t be back, even though it met my cleanliness requirements.

This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! I called to get more towels, the whole day went by and I got nothing. I had to find housekeepers in order to get my own towels. The staff (some of them) was terrible.. I would not advise anyone to go here and be treated like you are not a paying customer. It was not worth the stay, it was an inconvenience!!! NEVER WILL I STAY HERE AGAIN- Hilton is supposed to be a great franchise, the representation here failed!!!!

Maintenance never came back to unclog it.

Rooms are well kept. Staff I encountered was excellent in customer service...over and above to help with a situation I had and I'm sure anyone else. Ms. Lisa and Ms. Margarite was great in handling my situation without incident...thanks.

My reservation was easy, checking in was quick and drama free. (Note the young man checking us in was nice and had a great attitude.) My room was clean and comfortable. The usual suspects were in the room but no water to make the coffee in the room. Great visit overall.

It was all horrible, I would NOT recommend staying here.

The property and the hotel is beautiful. Very modern. The location is fantastic. The staff is very helpful especially Zek and Lisa. We've definitely found our spot at the Garden Hilton.

The room was very clean. It was packed, but it was still quiet.

Was ok Had to move rooms because the sink was clogged badly. At first, the hotel clerk/ front desk stated there were no more rooms available. If it wasn’t for maintenance, I would be in a stinky room. Then I had to walk with my belongings across to another location for suitable accommodations
