The location was convenient with regards to Freeway access. There was also a Gentleman who walked the grounds daily and offered his assistance without hesitation. Very nice man which made my Wife very comfortable. There was a gap at the front door/frame which allowed outside humidity into the room. We also found a few roaches in the room that perhaps made access through this gap. Though we asked for Handicap accommodations, which were listed on the reservation, we found none available. The bathtub flooring was very slippery which caused me to slip and slide (two separate knee replacement operations) creating a very unsafe condition, coupled with the fact that there were no grab bars. We asked the Clerk if there was another room available that would accommodate a Handicap situation, or even a throw mat for the bathtub floor, to which the replay was simply "No, all the rooms are alike". Not very helpful.

Loved the layout. The breakfast. Not much of a selection ( some fruit and breakfast bars, coffee)but they did have vending machines.

Everything, And Excellent Customer Service Nothing

The grounds, reception area, and common area was all well attended by polite staff. The only issue I did have was that the air-conditioning unit was really loud(possibly due to consistently being left on) I believe tighting the frame every once in a while could fix that. It was also in the 100s while I was there so this issue is probably less pronounced any other time of year.

We recently stayed one night August 1-2, 2026. The lobby looked remodeled as well as the bedroom. I have one minor issue and two major concerns. The minor issue was that the hotel is near a freeway, so when loud vehicles approached, you could hear them through the walls. After a while we just tuned them out. My first major concern was that the internet didn’t work in the room. We even called the front desk and they came to our room in an attempt to fix the internet. After several attempts, staff stated that the internet was not working because multiple guests were using it. How is that my problem if you’re going to offer an Internet amenity, then while you were remodeling the lobby you should’ve upgraded your Internet service so if your hotel is completely booked, everyone can steal access the Internet my second major concern was that the website stated the hotel offered breakfast. Went down to the lobby for breakfast and all they had was oranges, bananas and a coffee machine that did not work. The morning staff person tried to distract us with stories about them having all kind of rewards and then slipped in that the buffet equipment was on order and had not arrived yet don’t advertise that you offer for breakfast until you actually are able to deliver.

Room was clean but the smell of marijuana hit us in the face when we opened the door. Called the front desk and they did not offer us another room. Just said they knew who had been smoking it and staying in the room. Also no swimming pool as advertised which was one of the reasons we chose this motel. Very disappointing since we had older children with us. Didn’t realize there was no closets in the advertised photos. My mistake. Only 3 small hooks on the wall next to the exit door.

Great ice machine, comfortable room, no carpet, uncomfortable flooring, would have liked full breakfast, no coffee maker in room, no tissues, clean, liked the daily refresh since we stayed several days, enter from outdoors so dragged suitcase through water puddles from AC condensation. Basic needs for sleep and showering were met.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, and many amenities offered including complimentary "forgotten" items (i.e. Toothbrush, Razor, ect.). Did not have breakfast but Dennys was within walking distance.

We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and the A/C was ice cold, which made a huge difference after being out in the heat. The staff went above and beyond during our stay. After we checked out, a staff member actually tracked me down to let me know I had forgotten a bag in the room, and I really appreciated their honesty and effort. We also wanted to extend our stay for another night. Although they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate us, they didn't just send us on our way, they helped us find a room at the nearby Comfort Inn, which was incredibly helpful and made the situation so much less stressful. Excellent customer service from start to finish. We'll definitely be staying here again the next time we're in the area! N/A
