Also, I was told that they release the money for the deposit as well soon as you check out and my bank doesn’t hold money so once they get it they put it in my account, they don’t do pending at all. But still I have not received my deposit back. I called the hotel and told them what I was told about the deposit and I told them I have not received it and that person told me it will be 10 days but it doesn’t take 10 days for you to take it from a person. It’s not right at all. I get a room almost every weekend somewhere but this Hotel is going to end up losing customers for the way the bathroom and sink counter was, and for how they are about giving the deposit back because all of the other Hotels I have stayed at I have my deposit back on my card before I make it out of their parking lot.

The room was okay with a comfortable bed. Had an elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor but it was hot. Everything was okay but the only thing I didn't like was that I had to park a lil far from my room but I actually was able to park right by the elevator. I also liked that the property shared a parking lot with Denny's so dinner was very easy to get. Very easy check in and check out.

Healthy breakfast, good coffee, very clean

My room was really clean and the staff were helpful and considerate. Even though I stayed there for a few days I was impressed how the upkeep of the room was.

The hotel was very easy to get to, right off the interstate. And the price was great. It was a basic hotel room. Beds were nice and it smelled clean. Unfortunately there was no coffee maker in the room. It advertised a grab and go breakfast. That just included some bananas, apples and a granola bar. There was coffee in lobby.

Definitely a great choice! Located 6 or less miles from everything we wanted to see. I also chose it for the easy access room layout. Great hard working staff.

Hotel was very clean. Easy access from the interstate. The only thing I wished for was a coffee pot in the room, other than that it was well worth the money for a weekend stay. No coffee pot in the room

The room was right near the highway exit ramp excessive amount of noise all the time. The was no continental breakfast at ALL was advertised as having . Not even a small coffee pot in the room . Certainly NOT staying again !!

The room was very clean, and staff were very accommodating and friendly. No complaints

Very affordable We were given a room that had a bad odor to it like mold. There was tape covering the edge of the window and spots on the ceiling. We asked for another room and were given one no questions asked. The second room looked great. Very clean. We were trying to watch TV and it kept losing connection to the internet.

I have been searching for a good place to stay during my regular travel to Shreveport, tried Casino hotels, they are good, but parking, check in/out can be strenuous and weekend prices go twice, they have resort fee and haven’t seen microwave in the rooms. Days inn is the best alternative. Amazing place to stay, decent pricing, Wyndham reward's, clean rooms, good quality linen, close parking, great outdoor sitting area, only thing is to have better black out curtains, will recommend this place to everyone!!

In the perfect spot! So many things nearby. Nothing really

This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.

Only issues were AC didn't blow enough . Room stayed warmer than we liked.. The entire stay including all night there was a loud bang every few minutes.. couldn't get any sleep

Location of property is good you literally have everything around you from food to mall everything
