The food was fresh

The property was amazing! The staff was was helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean and very big. Breakfast was subpar. Eggs. Sausage links, potatoes all cold.

Just loud kids up stairs, only complaint.

Our suite was roomy with well thought out furniture. The facility has many pleasant amenities and the visual appeal is high.

Rather clean and maintained. Breakfast staff very friendly. Front desk staff not very informative. just blunt, ask name , took credit card and handed me room keys. Since large, had to ask best place to bring in luggage, told just go around back. housekeeping cordial when meeting in hallways. Our door to closet just propped up. Didnt need it closed but could be hazardous to someone with small children or someone that didnt look up and just pulled it. the lady at desk on leaving nice. Pool on one site said heated. it was very cold, which I prefer cooler pool on hot days but it was cold. Hot tub was not even warm except from sun. Overall, I would and probably will stay again. Just hate that all the hotels jack up the prices when events are going on in town.

I booked for one, but after this visit, I will definitely be booking more often. There was a minor hiccup with my room & the staff jumped right on it & were very kind from the time we walked in.

Loved the lay out. The kid had his side and we had our side of the suite. Made it easy for me who likes to go to sleep early and my husband and son had the living room area to stay up later without disturbing each other. It was a little dated and had some scuffing on walls and floors, but who is looking at that stuff when you are asleep! The lobby had a smell to it.

Cook top only had one cooking hole working. The hood vent didn't work. I've stayed at this hotel many times but to say it was recently renovated, I think there wasn't any thought put into bathroom.

We always stay at this hotel. It’s convenient to everything and the hotel is always clean and staff is amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. The room was clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of things to choose from. We are happy that we stayed at this motel while we were in the Bossier City area.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was large and clean. Things are a bit dated. The bathroom tile and tub are a bit slippery. A great stay and good location.

When visiting Shreveport or traveling in that area, we always stay here.

Clearness and up the date Everything

Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites.

Location Elevators broken.

Room was comfortable and clean. Rust on wall in shower. Very friendly and helpful staff at check in.

Everything!!! Extremely clean. I did not have to use my own cleaning products for extra clean. N/A

Breakfast was fresh, but Mid at best. Limited options. No waffles was a let down for the family.
