When I checked in no television and shower didn't work, man at office said he would handle it, lied to me for 3 days, I went and asked for my refund and he put me out and kept my deposit and was rude, called office to complain and he is the complaint line

Stuff Location and missing blinds and bathroom was outdated and disgusting

The room was a wreck. The door had been kicked in and the privacy lock broken, and neither had been repaired. The window had been replaced with a piece of masonite. The room was totally unsecure and dirty. There were were piles of linens and bed covers on the ground outside that had been there for days. Trash piled up around the trash cans. I tried to get a refund, but the hotel did not answer calls from Hotels.com. I ended up turning my key and going to another hotel.

NOTHING Holes in walls. Mold in bathroom. Curtains stained top to bottom. Floor slippery and wet. Linen and towels dirty. Light fixtures hanging. Front desk personnel not friendly. Collecting a 20 dollar deposit for trashed out rooms for possible damages. The rooms are already trashed.
