Very nasty coach roachs every where,springs coming through mattress RUN

This whole experience was horrible my room was infested with roaches & other bugs then my room had no pillows, tv didn’t work, majority of the lights didn’t work, I had even gotten locked in my room for 3hrs because that’s how long it took me to reach the front desk to get them to come unlock it with their master key

It wasn't that clean. It had holes in the bathroom door. Either one air conditioner or the icebox was leaking the icebox was dirt on the inside. So would I stay there again the answer is no. The best part about the stay was that the air conditioning was cold as hell. The water in the shower was cold.

Air conditioning and toilet worked Trash left behind from the previous tenant Tv was cracked diagonally ( still showed a picture when you could get a channel. Just about every channel was unavailable). No lights nor water over or coming from the laboratory. The pool area was awful. Hadn’t been up kept. The pool water was green and had stuff float in it.

Had to move to another room because of bugs.

I did't even unpack, I left. cleanliness of the room, trim damaged, stains all over tub, something spattered on wall behind tv. I did not stay long enough to observe any further, I left and found a room elsewhere.

First off they gave me a room with dirty towels I went to ask for more towels and they said they did not have none the toilet was stopped up they had no tissue they had food from the previous guess still in the fridge dirty towels on the floor by the toilet it was just ridiculous I would never book another room from them they unprofessional and they don’t care

I stay here a lot and have never had any kind of problems when I stay.

The tweakers up at 2am when I checked in were like hotel security! Everything!! I know it was cheap but wow!! I think it’s never been cleaned, dried blood on the floors, the beds probably came from donations 20 years ago, including the linens, bath tub had something in it, I didn’t end up staying…we packed left and didn’t bother asking for my cash deposit back!

When I checked in no television and shower didn't work, man at office said he would handle it, lied to me for 3 days, I went and asked for my refund and he put me out and kept my deposit and was rude, called office to complain and he is the complaint line
