Breakfast was great, air conditioning was great, Rooms were updated, bed was comfortable! I would have given 5 stars but the lady that checked me in was not very friendly.. not rude.. but didn’t seem to like her job. Overall great hotel!

It was in a decent location for the event i was there for. I was not allowed to check in until nearly 2 hours after the check in time which almost made me late for my event. We had to sit in the lobby with our luggage for nearly two hours after the check in time. We had just enough time to change clothes then leave so we weren’t late which was a severe inconvenience. I also did not get the room i reserved which was a King bed suite. Instead, they gave me a room with two queen beds. The bathroom floors were filthy. The shower/bath was empty of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Luckily I brought my own and I did not contact the front desk because it was after midnight. After taking a shower and stepping on the floor then onto a towel, my feet were filthy. I have a video of the bathroom floor and of the bottom side of the towels used to step on and they were filthy.

Kasey at front desk was so nice and the breakfast stuff was really interactive with my grandson The food was lacking. The omelet eggs were rubbery and no flavor. Would have liked change of meat between days

Location next to a restaurant was a plus for us. Price was higher than the booking rate ?
