Love the staff.

We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second bedroom did not work and we needed to call maintenance for that, the pool never opened on time the entire stay. We had to go ask every time for the pool to be unlocked, and then they needed to clean it which took one day over 2 hours and the next day an hour and a half (6 night stay). It was summer time, and hot with several kids just waiting to get in the pool. There was trash and dirty diapers left around the pool area. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good. I am hoping this was just an off week for them and it will get back to normal.

The door to our room would not open and we had to get assistance. They sent maintenance to repair it and it was better but absolutely not a smooth operation. The bathroom door would not close and definitely could not be locked. On our second day the elevator was broken. Don't read "Marriott" and think this might be an ok place. It is in serious need of repair and updating.

The staff was welcoming and amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Just the proximity to Frwy because of noise. And not having automatic doors.

I found out the next day that if we would have shown our room key card at Texas Roadhouse we would have gotten 20% off. That should have been mentioned at check-in. That cost us $27.

Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed.

The lady working the breakfast this morning was so kind and helpful. my daughter and I have a gluten allergy and could not eat the biscuit breakfast sandwiches that were out. She went and found quiche for us. She was so kind. Also, the property is very clean. The room was spotless. The staff overall were just completely welcoming and helpful. Thank you

Every single employee was smiling and very helpful and nice. Did not matter time of day or what they were doing they were smiling and joyful and just HAPPY!

The property was great.Food was pricey The fridge didn’t work.

Spiders on wall & couch Couldn’t sleep/ train

The state itself was excellent. The room was very nice clean and very appropriate and I really appreciate the staff in their hospitality. We came at a time when they were doing remodeling/construction but we could not tell other than what we saw tomorrow. It was overall a good experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties.

As soon as we walked in the lady on night shift made us feel very welcome. On my travels, I finally got my king size bed at this hotel. When we walked into the room we noticed right off the full kitchen with dishes included. We wished we had found something like this in Fort Worth, Texas the few days we were there. Free parking as well. We were very pleased and pleasantly surprised.

Great front desk ladies! Evenings & Mornings! The newly renovated rooms are so nice! Still had some construction to go & that blocked A LOT of parking spaces & had to park @ next door hotel & prayed we weren’t towed! Overall, definitely stay there again!
