Comfort Inn Bossier City Casino Area near Shreveport Downtown

Everything was fine

Staff team is very friendly & helpful

The shower is level with the surrounding floor except for the 1/4" lip that the shower curtain hangs outside of. Consequently the whole bathroom floor winds up with standing water while the drain tries to handle the volume. Humidity in room so high that there are rust spots on the door frame, the hallway door is hard to open (handle side drags)

In addition to that, twice at breakfast I had to wait to make a waffle while an employee made themself one.

The pool was green and had trash on it. When we asked for towels to go to the pool, they did not even say anything. Room was ok, but needs painting, specially in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. I will not stay here again.

I was very pleased with our room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. A/C worked great. Breakfast was good too.

fair

The hotel smelled clean, definitely has some wear and tear. The train is VERY near and could be heard all night.

Room cleanliness needs improvement

Room Smelled of pee. Breakfast ok. Coffee great.

No major complaints.

I enjoyed everything. Just the towels needed to be alittle more whiter and clean.

easy and fast check-in, clean and cold rooms. breakfast is amazing. the only issue was that our restroom door wouldn’t close all the way.

Breakfast was small but good. I am a night shift worker and was allowed to check in early due to the hotel not being busy. The room could have been a little more Up to date.

Room was clean, staff was great

Quick check in

Our room had a weird smell upon arrival. It was a little humid during the day but freezing at night. Although, our bathroom floor board would creak loudly but no big deal. Great place to stay for the weekend, everything is near by with no traffic which is a plus, coming from Texas.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean. The property was a bit dated and in need of upgrades and paint, but no big deal. The down side was that the fridge in the room did not work, not a huge deal but we do like to travel with food and it is nice to have a working fridge. The worst part was that there was some cleaner or disinfectant that was very, very strong and too flowery smelling. It gave us headaches.

I loved the bed 🛏️ the most, it felt like Heaven Clouds...I liked everything about the "Comfort Inn" and the rooms are so clean, it was definitely worth the money...

I would recommend this Hotel my issue was our room had a damp smell.
