Best Western Hoover Dam Hotel – SE Henderson, Boulder City

Great location. Clean room.

For the most part, everything was great! The bad part is the beds are very firm, so if you like firm mattress then you will sleep great.

A nice fitness center, much needed after many hours on the road.

Older property had a nice indoor pool and a nice restaurant attached

Very clean room and nice continental breakfast. The elevator did not work and we had a lot of luggage for the second floor.

First time in boulder city. Staff was welcoming and hotel wonderful and clean.

Great location for where we were going for the weekend. Staff was were extra friendly and helpful in breakfast area. Have stayed here multiple times and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our group stayed one night. Nice hotel, kids loved the pool and everyone found something good to eat for breakfast. Rooms were clean. Beds were nice - wasn't crazy about the pillows. Staff was helpful and very friendly. We were half way thru our trip and almost out of clean clothes. Fortunately the hotel provides a laundry room for guests so we took advantage. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Boulder City.

The Salmon was the best I have ever tasted even though we live in Spain and eat a lot of fish. The staff were amazing great fun and very helpful definitely be making another visit.

Property is outdated and needs a refresh. I went in for a shower next morning and upon turning the shower faucet on got murky black water. Probably rusty plumbing. Side Tables on both sides of the bed had drawers that did not want to close. They kept sliding out. Had to stuff paper in to lock them in to prevent getting hurt. Definitelya huge safety concern during night time.

Do not stay here it’s filthy and the room we were given the only way to explain it is like a room they rent out hourly. There were stains everywhere even on the lamp shades, hairs on the tiles in the bathroom, someone had at one time kicked and punched the bathroom door and it had just been filled and painted (really badly)etc I could go on but it was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in be warned

The staff was friendly staff provided efficient service of checking in and out. Breakfast was ok. Room was cleaned on average. Hotel was located was in the historic Boulder City providing easy access to the Hoover Dam, the Willow Beach, and Las Vegas. Regards,

Relatively clean, coffee always in lobby, great hot breakfast. No real complaints for what I paid.

Nice place to rest after a lot of travel.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The facility overall is nothing luxurious, but it’s a great location to spend some time outside Vegas. Bonus: the heated indoor pool

I always have my mom stay here if she is traveling between Salt Lake and Phoenix. They take such good care of her and her little dog. She enjoys breakfast and we will be staying here again.
