Best Western Hoover Dam Hotel – SE Henderson, Boulder City

Very poor

It’s a nice hotel, but it’s an older place. It was clean and the staff works extra hard to make your stay perfect.

I asked twice for the room to be cleaned. It was not. I’m not asking 3 times. The breakfast area staff was nice, each and every day.

A beautiful, very clean, and well run hotel. We loved our short stay there, and especially enjoyed the hotel on the property: Your Mom's Italian Restaurant and Bar. What a great place for fun and excellent food. Bartender, Corey, was terrific.

Room not the cleanest, all soaps were empty and air conditioning was extremely loud.

Nice clean place

I wanted to do 1 star for the overall experience. We were on ground floor and all night long cars were flashing lights into our room, noisy as hell - you can hear everything in this hotel - and beds were so uncomfortable. Not to mention the air conditioning unit was so loud (even on low) and made the weirdest noises. I decided to give an extra star because the restaurant on the property, Mom’s Italian Kitchen, pulled out all the stops. The staff was attentive and friendly and when my 5 year old kid spilled her drink on herself, our waiter was very kind to her about it. They even asked us to try a new dessert they’re testing out, on the house. We appreciated the staff at the restaurant, but we truly will never stay here again. I slept maybe 4 hours because of the noise and commotion.

Friendly and helpful staff, reception area is good and providing coffee, water and some fresh fruits. Location is good to fine dining. Need to request for cleaning the room which we did but have to wait when we came back from our day trip.
