Close to everything Room was very hot air conditioning not working well
-
Location Terrible loud air conditioner that didn’t cool the room properly and was very noisy. Very poor breakfast.
-
Still the Air Conditioner in the new room is not strong enough to cool the entire room in the heat of the summer.
-
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Would stay here again.
-
The AC unit struggled to keep up with the 117 degrees outside.

It was fabulous

We booked last minute and it worked for what we needed. Appreciated the bigger room size. The air conditioning unit was not sufficient to deal with the heat. This hotel is a bit run down but we enjoyed having a pool available and the sunset at the baseball diamond next door was amazing.

Very nice hotel, we were only stopped for the night on a long road trip but this place was great. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom which had a very nice shower as well. It was the perfect place to stop and get some good rest after a long day on the road. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful and I also really appreciated that the place was dog friendly. If we ever find ourselves in Boulder City again we will be sure to stay here.

It was great

I heard the excuses about the air conditioner from the lobby attendant about the area being in a desert, and the temperature was 112 outside, but seriously the air conditioner should be serviced. The air conditioner did not cool the room. It was not working and blew warm air most of the time and very occasionally it blew slightly cooled air before blowing warm air again. We waited for hours for it to cool the room and it did not even after the sun went down. The laundry room was cooler than our room. The lobby was cooler than our room. We turned on the vent in our bathroom because the lobby attendant told us to, but that did not help. It was better to have both the hotel door and balcony door open at once, because we at least had a breeze blowing through the room. The carpets need cleaning as well. They were dirty. The body wash container was empty. The sheets and bathroom were clean. The air conditioner DID NOT work. It never blew air at 70 degrees which is what it was set to when we walked in.

This place was so clean I couldn't stop talking about it. The staff was very helpful and hospitable? When checking out we hit the continental breakfast. Many snacks, fruit and others. We only stayed a night but I would definitely stay here again. I 100% recommend staying here. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star was because the room was a little dated but very clean!

Very poorly maintained Propety . They removed the bare bones breakfast exactly at 9:30 am without any courtesy even for people right there!! Smoked room given and it’s just near to some nice locations

Was fantastic

Had a nice stay, room was clean, but floors could be mopped better.
-
Clean room. Helpful staff. Peaceful. Breakfast was included. Desk in the room, useful to be able to work or plan or even use as a dining space
-
It was cheap and worth the price, not a great place to spend night. I was terrified of the environment and my daughter couldn't sleep on the bed because of the poor quality and the smells from the bed. I will never dream of going there. The location and environment doesn't seem safe.

The gentleman in the am when checkout was another great example of perfect face and attitude to a successful stay. Best of luck to both, and see you next time.
