Staff was very helpful and nice , manager helped with a small issue and was very kind 10/10 would definitely stay again

We called to cancel our reservation and the manager was out but we received an email advising it was OK to cancel and he apologized for the circumstances. We appreciated that.
-
it was a great location and did not have to pay for extras. Office staff was not well trained.
-
The bed was completely broken down and needed to be replaced. The air unit would not heat the room.
-
Room was older but clean. Had problems with satellite.

It was very nice and comfortable and we loved your location. No door on the second bedroom, but other than that it was great.

location was nice there was no hotel employee on site only bartenders and kitchen staff. couldn’t get an explanation as to why i didn’t get the room i paid for. the floors were dirty and sticky. manager stated it was supposed to be cleaned and wasn’t. tv didn’t work. manager didn’t show up until 12am and worked on tv until 1am and tv still didn’t work.

I was given the wrong pods for coffee machine which resulted in a whole lot of coffee grounds in the coffee. No hair dryer!!! The blinds did not keep out all the lights from hotel at night. It was way to expensive for the room and the service you received (which was none).

The sheets were clean. No light bulb in lamp. Floors were filthy. Art work on wall were obscene. No hot water for sink. No blinds or curtains on the big picture window in the bathroom. Only one small bar of soap for two guests. Parking lot full from bar patrons. Motel only had booking for only one night. We paid for two night. They tried to make us paid for the second night. They finally relented when I show them my confirmation paperwork that showed I paid in advance for two nights. Motel bar had loud screaming drunks until 1:30 am. The second night the keys wouldn't work and the TV did not work. It took two times to get the office to re-key the cards. Room stunk of cigarette smoke. Owner of motel blocked the parking lot and entrance for 3 hours with his boat and truck. We had to wait to leave.

Location. We ended up not staying here because the hotel has a number of guests that are full-time residents in a rooming house situation. The rooms next to us had 2 renters sitting out on the shared balcony smoking pot and cigarettes. Very likely not a threat because the level of drunkenness was debilitating and long-term, but we weren't interested in sticking around.

The price was reasonable for the area. It was an old fashion mom & pop-type motel. The bar was fun, and the staff was friendly. I can in late to Vegas, had a quick uber to the motel, and slept like a queen after my Best Damn White Pizza Ever (that was the name of it). The little town was beautiful for a morning run. I had to have a morning walk before the run to acquire coffee ( the rooms didn't have a coffee maker, so plan ahead). I would stay there again. I would have liked a coffee maker, but I did enjoy the walk through town to the Boulder City Co. Store Roaster House.

Being in Boulder City Room wasn¿t clean upon arrival at 5:00 pm. We needed to change for an event; were able to use a smaller room to get ready. When we returned, the beds were made, but the floors were sticky from someone¿s spilled soda. A hot sauce stain on the ceiling¿yu

I also paid online and the office tried to charge me again. When I said I paid, they printed the paperwork and tried to charge me again. Their system seems to be old and said I didn't pay. I had to show my receipt from booking.com and my bank account to confirm that I'd already paid and I wasn't going to pay again.

There was no breakfast. Good location but way overpriced. The Best Western next door was only a few dollars more and was much plusher.
-
The manager is wonderful, super welcoming. The staff pulled out a grill in the parking lot smelled amazing!
-
Location Did not stay-after checking in we turned on the wall heater & it rattled so loud we would of not have been able to sleep-so we asked for a different room-but it was the same-we told the office that it was totally unacceptable & we received a refund
-
Nothing The bar tender woman gave us a dirty room first. She moved us to a stinky smokey room next.It was cold and the heater rattled and vibrated all the time it was on.There was no hot water for the shower, tepid and then nothing warm.Cost was $98!!

Clean Not a 3 star motel. Not even a 1.
-
Staff very helpful, and courteous Room was bare bones with a window ac unit that was too small to cool the room. It was clean and very recently painted, so we did decide to stay, but three stars is really pushing it.
-
location wi-fi does NOT work in room; room is not CLEANED unless you ask, AND even if you ask, they may not do it!
