The only sour note in my two stays was Expedia’s refusal to accept the motel management’s approval of my request to drop one night (Aug. 12) from my reservation. Expedia first told me they couldn’t reach management, though I had no trouble doing so. Then Expedia emailed me that management had rejected my request, an outright lie. Two different employees accepted my request but said only Expedia could change the reservation. I won’t be using Expedia again and will discourage others from doing so.

The entire experience from check in to check out. The property is well maintained and in a great location. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about Boulder.

The location was very good with the mountain right in view. Also, the birds in the trees. The breakfast choices were plentiful for a continental breakfast. Room had not been dusted for many weeks, months, with layer of dust in many places. EX. On the floor by the night stand, there was an empty can, earplug, and dust on the shelf. There was only one towel rack for one towel, so we recommend at least two more racks.

Loved the location; easy to get to anywhere in Boulder. Room felt a little run down. Lighting was very low. Breakfast was very limited. Not sure I’d stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Patty is amazing! Location is great, can walk across the road to the river . Parking gets tight from people using the lot to go to the river. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Also the tv did not work. Once you boom the confirmation also says private hot tub but that’s only if you book one of the two suites so I’d clear that up in the listing.

Great location and cozy spot. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is very basic. Staff person was welcoming. The motel changed the room I had booked without telling me beforehand.
