Hotel is beautiful! Clean, lots of woodwork, historic great staff and very cool bar basement! Loved our stay!! Breakfast was also wonderful! Everything was wallable...great location.

License 1 Speakeasy in the basement was really cool.

I love the location and the character of the property. I think it needs a little freshening up. We went to the comedy show on Thursday night, in the basement bar and it was super BAD. NOT Funny at all. A true waste of our time. I love the bar they need to work on the act selection.

Friendly and helpful front desk and valet. Clean room with everything functioning well. Beautiful hotel interior. The adjoining bars promoting a barrel-aged bourbon Manhattan cocktail, and then saying Oops, we ran out! I heard this several times with different customers.

Great location off the pearl street mall. It was quite dated. The rooms were in rougher shape that I expected. This isn’t a 4 star hotel. More 2 star in a great location.

The people at the hotel were very helpful starting with the valet service as soon as we arrived. The front desk was terrific, friendly and quickly checked our family in. They also provided information about the amenities at the hotel and local shopping and dinning options. I recommend the historic rooms.

central location, easy to get to everything in Boulder.

The hotel is tired and not worth the price. The room was clean but artwork was broken, there was only one towel per person and there wasn’t a smart tv to access our own Netflix account. It was fine, just not exceptional.

The amenities were sadly lacking. Super small “gym”, no pool or hot tub, no gift shop or sundry shop, room service was very limited and negligent. Staff wasn’t that interested in service or that friendly. Overall I’d give it a 3.0, mainly for location. Unless you’re into Victorian era furnishings and a dark, heavy feel. Could be fun for Halloween 👻 For the price I was quite disappointed 👎
