Nice historic property well maintained. The lobby is great with a beautiful glass ceiling. Our room was spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location two blocks from Pearl Street mall. Nothing, really

Their staff is AMAZING!!!! The hotel is great but the service and especially front desk team members blew our expectations. Went Above and Beyond on all levels. Added bonus was all the great restaurants on site.

We had a fantastic open corner room!

Only criticism was that our room faces onto the lot behind. There was a very loud air conditioning unit that was on all night. So not the most restful night of sleep.

Ideal location in downtown Boulder a 1 minute walk to Pearl Street. Charming hotel. Comfortable, spacious room. Great breakfasts in the restaurant. Helpful, courteous staff. The coffee in the room is terrible. They need to provide something better-- at least have a complimentary pot available in the lobby.

We had a king in the north wing and. The room was nice and spaciest. We had a great dinner our first night at the hotel at the Spruce. Got coffee very easily each morning at the bar in the lobby

Breakfast was fine. Food at their restaurants in general were good just expensive. The staff were very responsive and very helpful and I would rate them with 5 stars. Thought with the room prices being so high that breakfast should be free and the parking fees be reduced. $40/night parking is pretty high and was not mentioned when I booked the room.

Request a corner room! We lucked into a corner & it was fantastic. It was actually worth having to wait until 4:00 to get into it. We had a beautiful night to sit outside for drinks. It seemed to be a popular spot with alot of people going into the bar & comedy club downstairs. Would definitely stay again.
