Neat hotel. Great location. More comfortable sheets and a blanket would be ideal. No parking just street or valet which is $45 a day. With prices like this can you imagine there are no refrigerators in the rooms. Bad news Moxy. Great staff!!!

Booked through Expedia- added a night as was arriving early morning and sent a message to say that was the case and to flag in the system. Arrived and they had no clue about the extra night- despite the fact it was already paid for. Blamed me for not checking in the night before and said it was my problem. They said they had no rooms then miraculously found one, but was treated so poorly stay is already ruined. Now in a tiny bunk room as that’s all they had but I needed to get into room to take an interview. Really upsetting

Visually attractive, modern, trendy property in a stunning setting across the street from CU. Main lobby, interior common areas, and guest room were clean and comfortable. Rooms only have a single shade that is a blackout shade, if left open, you are very visible. Only valet parking available; street parking is very tough as you are surrounded by sororities and multiple room housing. Staff appeared to be mostly students gaining experience; interrupting them on their phones may be necessary. The outdoor seating area needs attention. Food/Bev stained, trash in fireplaces and under your feet, dirty, insects streaming after food scraps, and a significant lack of housekeeping. Generally, a beautiful property, great rooms, great location.

My booking.com reservation was "lost" and no rooms were available. No one told me to call booking.com immediately. I went across the street and paid for another hotel. When I tried to get a refund I was told since it was past my reservation date they couldn't do anything about it. I won't be using again.
