The resort is close to perfect. We just don't agree with the resort fee on top of the expensive room rate. We are not able to use the pool and other amenities unless we pay the resort fee, which is not optional.

Staff was excellent!! Location was walking distance to Pearl Street and a State Park for hiking. Room was clean. Facilities were modern and new. Nice pool, bar area, and outside gathering area. Covered parking structure across the street. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and it was 90 plus degrees out. We had to call maintenance every day. They finally offered to switch us to a new room but it was our last night and it would have been a hassle to move. Not a fan of loud music in a pool area, because I prefer using ear buds or reading which was difficult to do over the music.

we did breakfast several days, once for a party of 10, and the service and food were excellent! Server timing was spot-on, with no one waiting for anything. . .Staff is terrific, engaging, friendly, yet professional Asked the Valet parking crew that my EV be charged the night before we left, but instead of putting it onto the rapid charger in the garage, they used my sloooowwww charging adapter, so the battery wasn't replenished for my departure back to the mountains. Had to stop and sit at Starbucks in Idaho Springs and wait for the battery to be sufficient to get us back to Vail. . .minor inconvenience in an otherwise excellent experience!

Wonderful experience. We usually prefer 5 star hotels but there are none in Boulder. The service here felt more 5-star than many we have stayed at across the world. Incredibly kind, helpful, attentive staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Enjoyed many amenities - the complimentary car service, the gym, game room, pool, bar, and connected Ajax Tavern. Would stay here again and again.

Beautiful new hotel just a few minute walk to countless restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself has a good menu. The roof top pool and hot tub were really top notch. Beds were perfect! Also the most cushy carpet in any hallway of any hotel I've ever stayed. Best mini bar I've seen in a while. I'm 5'4, the tub shower height is meant for tall people! I had a hard time with it. If your short or up in age (I'm both) get the accessible room! Lol

What breakfast The game room upstairs had no or broken playing pieces available.that could have really been great ,but it was a let down.
