The room was filthy. The floor had obviously not been vacuumed in a while. Toothpaste all over the bathroom. Mold and hair in the shower. The staff made no effort to clean it during our stay and made no effort to make up for it.

The location and property were great. Staff was great. When we were visiting Boulder was in the midst of a heat wave. We had booked for 3 nights and noticed on night 1 our fan ran but the room never cooled and by mid day the next day it shut off and never turned on. After 2 visits from maintenance and our room getting to 85 degrees, they suddenly had a late check out and moved us to another room - very apologetic and accommodating. Fortunately the new rooms fan worked but no cold air, but at least the temp hovered in the mid - upper 70s so tolerable. Again staff was super great but something amiss with their cooling system

Room was clean. Temperature thruout hotel was cool and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. My husband said the "to order" breakfast was THE BEST breakfast in a hotel he has had and the price was very reasonable. We walked to Pearl street mall, 1.3 mile via Canyon, a safe walkway the entire way. The elevator was a little confusing coming back from a great little pool. The time on the QR code for pool hours said 7 am but when I got there, it was posted 8 am.

Location is great- the garage signage is awful. They put me in a strange handicap room with an audible tv remote that I couldn't change and a weird picnic table in the room.

Good location. We found it walkable. Short drive to sites. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean, decent size.

was no mention of the fact that you have to pay for parking. I had to pay a total of $117.92 for our 4 night stay on top of a fairly expensive room. The room itself was nice though a bit small. The AC and shower were excellent. The faucet in the bathroom sink took a long time to get hot.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The rooms are okay, but nothing great. Clean enough. Breakfast looked over priced and not that great. The pool is shared with the hotel next door and way too small for one hotel, let alone two hotels. That was disappointing.
