Hyatt Place Boulder/Pearl Street

We stayed in the Hyatt Place Boulder Pearl Street for 2 nights right after staying 2 nights in the Hyatt Place Denver Lakewood at Belmar and there was no comparison with Lakewood at Belmar definitely coming out on top. The Lakewood hotel was less expensive and had plenty of convenient free parking. The Pearl Street Hyatt Place seemed to be a much older hotel ( don't really know) that they had made a stab at renovating. But they cut corners and did some things and not others. Parking is difficult, inconvenient and not free. You have to go to a parking garage that is a bit of a walk and they charge you $25 per night. The morning breakfast they served had a good variety and was tasty for a simple buffet. The area seemed to be nice but we drove out of the area to find a restaurant that appealed to us. The hotel just didn't seem to be very welcoming as the other 3 that we stayed in on our trip.

Good location but daily parking rate was too high...good breakfast options No microwave in the room which is almost unheard of at a 3 star hotel...housekeeping didn't want to come back later when we told them we'll leave soon...also ran into reservation issues through Hyatt listing on Airbnb....had to end up paying much more to get a room

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was very clean and comfy. We did have to call the desk a few times for towel pickup/drop off, extra pillows, etc. We also informed them that our shower gel container was out, which never did get filled. But overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it. Matt at the front desk was wonderful!

Clean , comfortable and staff Didn’t know parking would be 25$ a day. In a sketchy garage.

gym, location, breakfast housecleaning was just so so could have been better

Centrally located for access to roads and bike paths. One has to walk, drive or bike to get to a more diverse selection of restaurants and shopping. A little hike to Pearl St pedestrian mall. Like the free chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon Still getting some the renovation kinks out

the room was big and the staff and pool and gym were good. I thought the breakfast was awful. Very little choice.

Super nice staff, location, comfy bed, quiet hotel, free breakfast. Liked the chocolate chip cookies :) Wish the pool was big enough for lap swims... Would love to have coffee available before breakfast--like at 5;30 am

My room was dark and quiet, great location too!

Clean room, ceramic mugs in room for coffee and glass glasses - nice touch. Fair breakfast, clean and very convenient location very near to RTD STATION.

Literally next door to the RTD to the airport! The staff was accommodating. I appreciated the indoor pool and hot tub after a long day. The food choices for breakfast were also better than the average Continental breakfast. Convenient coffee maker and refrigerator were also in the very spacious room. In room safe would have made it perfect!
