We have stayed at this hotel several times and it's been okay. My issue is with the WIFI and the phone connection. WE had lots of trouble making calls from the hotel on on our cell phones. The WIFI is unsecured and my phone kept warning me that my info was in jeopardy.

The entire first day and night we did not have any hot water. We had to shower in cold water. Receptionist mentioned we would get a refund. Still waiting to see it.

The room was consistent with the brands quality. We got in late and the man that was on the night shift was really annoying when we asked him a few questions.

Everything was very eversge and bottled water wasn’t even in the room. We needed to go downstairs and ask for water at the front desk.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. the room we booked had a noisy ac and the staff immediately addressed the issue and moved us to a different room and then moved us again the next day to an amazing upgrade that made our stay even better . The young women at the reception desk Jessy ( who also is the bartender ) and Dominique Grandfort were incredibly thoughtful and helpful . Thanks to Banas Shokrollahi their supervisor for ensuring a great stay

Excellent location. Breakfast was a 10/10, also a 12pm checkout time is unheard of and highly appreciated.

The staff barely said a word to us checking in, and entering and exiting the property. Just handed us a key, with no explanation on where the elevators were, what the WiFi details were. Room was ok tho. Staff terrible. Wouldn’t go back
