The staff were great, the breakfast had lots of options and the room was huge.

The room was filthy - Broken long nails on the floor. Bugs (beatles, spiders). This was the back units of building 16. The toilet had stuff in it and hadn't been cleaned. It was disappointing. I am used to a different standard from Marriott than this. Staff was nice.

The room was clean and had everything we needed but it was downstairs below a balcony on both sides, so it always felt dark. I’ve stayed at many Residence Inns and they’re usually wonderful, but the room layout was crowded and felt cluttered. They’re trying to pack too much into one small space. Additionally, while they’re known for their great breakfasts, this one was so disappointing. I’m not picky and will eat anything but the scrambled eggs seemed pre frozen and grainy, and the French toast was dry. It was surprisingly weird.

Toilet was not clean! Hairs in the shower. Had to go to Safeway to buy Clorox wipes to wipe everything down

We've stayed with you numerous times over the past years and have always been happy with the size, cleanliness and layout of the room. The huge, colorful flower baskets that greeted us at the reception entrance are truly spectacular and the staff was friendly and helpful, as always. I'm always disappointed if I can't open a window for fresh air at night. Colorado has the advantage of having cool nights, making air conditioning unnecessary and saving energy possible.

This was hands down one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It felt just like an apartment, and the room had everything we needed and wanted, including pots, pans, glassware, utensils, full refrigerator etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, but our favorite parts were the fire pit near the pool to drink wine at, and the spacious bathroom and shower. Taking a shower and being smothered in steam and no ventilation afterwards is the worst- NOT THIS PLACE! :) The ventilation and AC in the bathroom was continuous and comfortable. This place gets 5 stars!

Staff is amazing! Very helpful, patient and friendly. Hotel itself is pretty mediocre. Price is fine if it’s not a big weekend, we were in town for graduation so the prices were insane and imo not worth it

The grounds were well landscaped and compostable poop bags were right around the corner. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable.

My stay exceeded my expectations for the very low price I paid. I was very comfortable for a full week here, especially with having my own fully stocked kitchen. I could easily walk all the way to the center of Boulder and the Farmers Market and really enjoyed the walkable area. The hotel is right by a major highway and a train track. Even though I am very sensitive to noise, I found the noise level to be totally acceptable. My family also stayed here and their kids had a great time in the pool. They had a huge room with a loft and also enjoyed it. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Boulder.

I loved the outdoor and indoor gathering spaces. We were able to go back to our rooms, but were there with a team and the gathering spaces allowed us time together. It was awesome. I didn’t like having to walk outside to get to our room. Also, breakfast was mediocre.
