Staff was excellent and helpful. Only thing I would like is for information on when breakfast is available and hours to use amenities.

My wife has a very bad back and needs a reasonably soft bed. The general manager, Lauren(?), was extremely accommodating and allowed us to try 2 different rooms before we found a room with a bed that was satisfactory. The only downside was the room was next to the external ventilation of the hotel and was a bit noisy. Be aware of $25/night parking. Other than that, our stay was very good. Clean, very spacious, mini-kitchen, free breakfast.

We paid extra for a deluxe room. Wewere put in a handicap room as far from the lobby as possible: room 101. The refrigerator made loud noises all night. There is no handicap parking available. This room was clean but poorly ventilated and loud. I feel sorry for any handicapped person staying there. We left early it was so bad.

    Liked everything

This place is pricey, in my opinion — the $25/night for parking on top of the room rate stings a little as well — but it really is a beautiful property, well-maintained, and the studios are well-equipped. We had five people in a studio and we did not feel cramped. The breakfast provided is also probably the best I've had at this sort of breakfast-buffet-provided hotel. So I did not feel like I did not get my money's worth.

Booked a full week. Lots to recommend the hotel. But we were put by the laundry room with the attending sounds and vibrations throughout the day. And no view. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Solid breakfast. Nice bar.

We ate breakfast there almost every day. The only issue we had was the room key expired 15 minutes before checkout so we got locked out while we were moving our items out. We were part of a group and heard this happened everywhere so I think it’s coded that way intentionally

The location, facility and room size and make-up were all excellent. The staff were also friendly and professional. The price (over $420 USD) far exceeds a reasonable rate for this accommodation. It was a concert weekend, so expectations were the nightly price would be higher - but this is a bit outrageous.

Staff very friendly and helpful No negatives

I stay at this hotel often and usually have no complaints. There were a couple of issues this time around. We were given an ADA room although I did not request one, they told me it was an upgrade for the view? Also, when we finished swimming, my wife and my access card did not allow back into our room.

  • Engine customer May 2026

I loved the room itself and the location to the university and to restaurants and shopping It was at times very noisy and it was incredibly expensive for graduation weekend, but I know that that is normal for properties all around Boulder during this particular weekend

Clean, modern, great location. Nice morning breakfast with GF options. Self serve orange water in the lobby. Shower was kinda wonky and needs a little maintenance (handle and shower head) but staff was responsive. $25 parking seems a bit steep. Less than mile walk to campus and Pearl St

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

Room was very nice and large. The only downside is that we asked for a room with a view and got one with zero view unfortunately. Zero view. Windows facing a wall!

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

Big rooms with all the amenities, Kitchen and fridge. At a good price. Service is kind and efficient.

  • Engine customer Mar 2026

The room was clean, but the LED lighting they use in the room is that cool blue, and it is terrible. Makes the room feel like a hospital. The worst part is the parking. The spaces are all for subcompact cars so everyone is parking across the lines. Don't even think about parking in the garage with a normal-sized car. On the bright side, the staff was great and breakfast was pretty good.
