Staff is friendly and efficient, beginning with Ethan and consistent throughout
-
it was good
-
It was ok. Pretty expensive for what is offered.
-
The hotel is outdated but very clean and staff was nice. The shuttle that was provided was definitely a perk of our stay.
-
We absolutely loved our stay. Thr rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, food was good, and location perfect. If we are ever in Bozeman we will definitely be staying here again.
-
One star. Room terribly outdated, no window, just a sliding glass door leading out to a conference room.
-
Front desk person was polite and helpful with my questions. Room was clean. Heat in room didn’t work so staff moved us to a different room and they were polite about everything. Breakfast was ok. Check out was fast and easy.

Also, I booked via Booking.com first then a few months later realized that as an employee of Xanterra working in Yellowstone, I could get a special rate. However, when I called the hotel, they were not helpful at all and only said sorry. I was left thinking perhaps they could have cancelled my booking.com reservation (or I could do it on my end) and created a new booking for me with the special rate.

We had a very nice stay.
-
We needed to extend our stay and it was not possible according to desk person.
-
It was a great room
-
Check in was smooth and friendly. I called front desk once and they were kind. I had to call for the wifi. Myself and others with me thought the walls were thin because we can easily hear neighbors.
-
The location was good. Our room was so bright because of the lights kept on in the ballroom/pool area. It was hard to sleep. For the cost of the room it should have been nicer.
-
It was undergoing some renovations during my stay but it was quiet and clean. The restaurant in the hotel was very good and they have room service if you want. The pool area was very nice and clean as was the fitness room. Guest laundry was available which I did use. 2.00 to wash and 1.50 for the dryer which runs for 99 minutes! They have a shuttle which will take you anywhere in town and drop you off for shopping etc and come back to pick you up when you call. This was very nice as I had no vehicle and had to spend 2 nights until my flight left. Shuttle is free to airport and in town. I tipped the driver. It was a very pleasant place and the people and staff were very accommodating.

Had lunch, used the onsite gym.

Everything Nothing
-
it was a pleasant one night stay
-
We arrived before 9 p..m. and the restaurant was no longer serving food.
-
All was fine but half the hotel was under a remodel
-
Although the hotel is under construction they kept the hotel clean and not an inconvenience. The staff was very efficient and kind. The restaurant/bar had excellent drinks and delicious food, but the bartenders and waitresses were even better. They went above and beyond. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
