Best Western Plus GranTree Inn

Felt dirty. Our room was very small. Was cramped & no where to sit other than the bed. With no free breakfast doubt we’ll be back

Great room. Staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is older but clean and accommodating

Nice place to stay close to the airport

I like the restaurant on location and the gas station in the same lot, Makes for work travel easier. Staff and room are great. My least favorite are the pillows but I can bring my own, so that’s not a deal breaker

Very clean, and close to the airport. And the hot tub was great!

Great location , close to Walmart and eating place

Entrance smells like pee and rotten dog food. If I were you, I’d avoid them a mile away. Terrible experience, their staff is incompetent and rude. Made duplicate charges on a card, and made it look like it’s my fault.

Shuttle service to airport. staff in restaurant not friendly and need more training.

Awesome location, loved how big and clean the rooms were, loved having a restaurant, pool and casino. It had everything we needed and then some! Very low water pressure infact water quit running during a shower

The property was quiet and clean. The restaurant had a very good breakfast with big portions.

The property was clean and comfortable with its own restaurant and bar The air con didn’t work

I loved the size of the room and having a restaurant attached. I would never use Expedia again.

We love staying here. The bar and restaurant was fantastic and our server who is a Broncos fan, I don’t remember his Name, was fantastic. The lady that checked us in was extremely nice as well so friendly and we are members so we got upgraded to a nice room. We highly recommend Recomended thank you. The bar restaurant was very full. People say it’s one of the best ones in Bozeman.

We got put in the wrong room, nobody cared. We were short a bed but paid the same price. They charged 2 cards, mine and my daughters the full price of the room so my daughter had no money the day ww were shopping. They did end up reimbursing her the next evening.

Need better pillows. Way too soft/used.

Superb

Breakfast not free

Beds were comfortable staff was nice. The restaurant had great food would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Clean! Great amenities!
