Very nice staff and facility.

No frills but everything you expect. Great breakfast. Very good value.

The ada room didn’t have appropriate shower , I couldn’t use the tub with sides

Was very easy to check in. The side doors to the hotel make it easy to get very close to your room to load in. Their continental breakfast was OK but it’s sufficed. There’s a couple of restaurants across the street that were easy to walk to which was nice.It was a great deal and a good room for the price! Staff was super friendly, so that was bonus!

Half of the hotel rooms are actually basement rooms that have stained carpets and leftover items from previous guests. First room was filled with a perfume smell and we had to be moved. Front desk manager was amazing and helpful but it was not a pleasant stay.

It was an easy place to stay at after our National Park trips. We enjoyed it.

very comfortable room/bed. Breakfast was good - some hot items as well as your usual cereal/yogurt/pastries.

The staff made check-in and check-out quick and easy. They moved me to suite with a balcony when I needed to check in early, and they let me keep my same room when I needed to stay an extra day. The only thing I didn't like was it was hard to connect to their wifi and I was late for a meeting.

Although the hotel property itself is older, our room (Room 330) has been thoroughly remodeled and nicely updated. It was exceptionally spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rest of the facilities were great as well, and the breakfast service was fantastic; the young ladies working the area did an excellent job keeping everything fully stocked and plentiful. Located conveniently right next to a Walmart, this hotel offers great accessibility. I would certainly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

Clean but dated

The front staff were welcoming and friendly. We were disappointed with the bed and pillows. Not very comfortable. The hotel location was noisy making it hard to sleep. Disappointed with the included breakfast. Breakfast time was 6 to 9. We got to breakfast around 810am and there were low on bread and eggs. Used the gym facilities. Very small area with only one treadmill and one elliptical machine and weights. Room was very hot with no air-conditioning next to the pool.
