Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bozeman

Room was clean and comfortable, overall location was good. Property in general was clean and staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee and water in the lobby. The pool area seemed well-maintained. The only disappointing part was the breakfast - the breakfast area was quite small and crowded and there were no hot foods available, only bread, instant oatmeal, a waffle maker, and yogurts.

Bed was just not for me. Everything else was great.

Your property needs some updates. The rooms are dowdy and looks unclean. You also need to actually send a room receipt when asked (at the time of departure).

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was ok but there were very limited choices. The coffee was great!

Although my stay at Microtell was fine, my experience with Expedia was awful. My original booking was 1 day late. So I had to cancel and rebook for the correct day. Expedia charged me for for both days. I feel robbed and after this experience will be my last with Expedia. If you are reading this be careful.

Cozy cottage feel and quiet

I liked the small room, just the right amount of space. The staff were very friendly. The bathroom needed some upgrades.

Owner of the hotel was rude and unprofessional. Cheaply constructed build that the ceiling snapped and popped loudly. The train was close and woke me up several times. Loud and inconveniently located. Won't stay there again

We stayed here for one night and had no complaints. The room was clean, bed was comfy, it had a small kitchenette which was handy. We had the complimentary breakfast which was very nice. Waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee and OJ. We were very happy with our stay.

It's an overprice 2-star with low quality beds and pillows and horrible TVs. Nice staff, however.

The room was very comfortable. We didn't have many needs, so it was more than adequate. The breakfast was not adequate and so we went out to Breakfast.

Construction made it hard to get to the property. Trains were loud. Pool broken.

Great property, very clean, nice location. Pool and hot tub were partial reasons for the selection and both were out of order. That was a disappointment, otherwise a great stay!
