I liked that the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. I did not like my bed sheets was not changed during my stay. Even though the hotel was very clean but the smell was over bearing once you entered. And all of the cleaning equipment was always set up in the lobby.

Exceptional

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The first room we were assigned had a tiny bed, barely a double, but the guy at the front desk tried to gaslight us into thinking it was a queen. Fortunately we were able to get into a room with 2 beds so we weren’t so cramped. It was quite warm and our AC didn’t work. The same guy came in, fiddled with some knobs, and pretended it was working when it was clearly not. At that point we were too exhausted to move rooms again so we opened a window and it was somewhat bearable to sleep, but our allergies were activated.

Lindsey at the front desk is a saint! A guest spilled a gallon of waffle mix everywhere (broke the nozzle), didn't clean it up, let guests think Lindsey did it, complained about the mess (that he made), shouldered in as she was cleaning ("Can I still make my waffle?"), didn't apologize, and didn't thank Lindsey for cleaning up after him for a half hour. (Ladies, maybe he's single!) Lindsey was kind, cheerful, and she energetically took it all in stride. She deserves a raise! The other staff were really nice, too.

Perfect place to pull off the interstate and get a good nights sleep

The gentleman at reception was super helpful and welcoming, even providing recommendations on places to eat.

When I go to Bozeman, I ALWAYS stay at the Micro Hotel! The customer service is the best, always pleasant & helpful and that is something that lacks in many places! The breakfast is superb

Room 127 had bed bugs and I received 6 bites that became welts. Never stay at this hotel.

Great location clean and super friendly staff

Servicio muy amable y en español. Los cuartos muy limpios. No habia olor a cigarro. Desayuno muy limitado a waffles, cereal y fruta. Cercas de McDonald's, Walmart y un restaurante en frente del hotel mexicano. Precio razonable.

Water available at all times in the lobby was a nice touch

The front desk clerk was very nice. Breakfast was continental but reading other reviews I did not expect breakfast. Waffles, cereals, yogurt, variety of breads…..etc.

The room was clean, but the shower spayed all over the place ( but we were able to fix it) The sink was stained and cracked, but it was fine for one night, to leave early for the airport

Breakfast?? choices were toast, waffle, yogurt, hard boiled egg. yuck Breakfast choices were toast, waffle, cold cereal, yogurt, hard boiled egg...yuck! Overpriced dinky room. Threadbare chair, miniature pillows, crappy breakfast, tv on top of coat closet, bad to no lighting. We had to connect electrical appliances by crawling around on the floor, poor location of temperature controls (back to crawling around on the floor), poor supply of toiletries.

Breakfast was nice. Our room on 1st floor was tiny. We booked two rooms, one on 1st and one on 3rd. The room on the 3rd floor was amazing. Can't believe we paid the same price for such drastically different rooms.

This hotel is convenient to the highway. It has seen better days -- it looked dated, but we were just there for one night and used the washer ($3 in quarters) and dryer ($2.00 in quarters) to do a couple of loads of laundry during our 2-week trip which was convenient. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
