Neighbors were very loud all night.

Close to Walmart, McDonald's and easy access to downtown once you turn onto the main avenue. Comfortable beds and pillows. Can be extremely loud late at night above you if you're in a ground floor room and guests are stomping around and rude.

Breakfast was delicious, well organized!

I liked the staff. The room was decent enough. Walls are thin. Noisy upstairs neighbor on the 2nd night. Free breakfast, but I didn't enjoy it and wouldn't eat there again if I were to stay.

There were concerning blotches of red stains on the ceiling of our room. The handicap access was sub par (the bathroom was great but it was impossible to reach the air conditioner in the room). The handicap parking was on the opposite side of the building from where our room was, and we had to go outside and around the building to reach our room once we checked in.

I didn’t care for the location seemed like a odd place to have a hotel near a homeless shelter (warming center)

The manager was amazing at addressing our concerns with some cleaning that had been missed. She handled everything patiently and kindly, offering us a great discount immediately on our next stay! Some spots were overlooked during cleaning so we had to clean the air filter ourselves. But the next morning, they upgraded our room and it was very clean and comfortable!

Breakfast was good, many choices.

It was a typical low end hotel.

Definite upgrade over Motel 6. Breakfast wasn't the best.

Good location not to far from shopping centres and restaurants

Breakfast was very good. The location was good. An elevator would have been nice. There was no coffee maker in the room! There also was no hand lotion available. The staff was remarkably not friendly. Only one of them even smiled at us.
