Great staff! Pool with slide a 10 out of 10.
-
Indoor pool was nice and being used by those staying at the property. We had little time at the property and did not get a chance to use the pool. Maybe next time. Breakfast was good and well maintained. Room was a little rough. Bed frame had a piece sticking out which cut my ankle, the AC was noisy. the chair was worn out, and the bathroom mirror frame was falling off. But everything worked and the beds were comfortable.

The staff were great. The room was clean and the parking was really good.
-
No coffee in the room. Broken washer

Breakfast was a simple continental style with a hot breakfast meat and egg selection. Location does not have an elevator so ask for a ground level floor if you aren’t able to do stairs. Also, they do allow pets. When getting into the room, neighbors all around seemed to have animals barking.

Staff was so sweet!
-
This property lacks a lift, and it’s not well-maintained. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with family.
-
Great place to stay.
-
Staff was great but there was mold growing on bathroom walls and the floors were extremely dirty. The exterior door wouldn’t shut properly. Homeless people all over outside the property made us feel uncomfortable.
-
The rest of the stay was great. Great staff!
-
The hotel failed to accomodate the number of guests listed on the reservation. The staff just denied access to a rollover bed. The room wasn't clean either. Waste of money!
-
The room was wonderful the staff were excelente and very helpful the pool was awesome and parking i was able to park right outside my room I can say over all my stay was excellent and I will be staying here again

What’s so frustrating is I cannot for the life of me see how Expedia or Hotels.com had them at such high reviews. There’s no way those reviews are from real humans. No person of average intelligence is going to review this place highly. It’s quite deceptive to do what they’ve done because you go off of reviews. The staff was great. Honestly were. But the hotel is so run down. And sketchy. Homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Bathroom sink backfilling with all sorts of gross junk. No chairs to sit in inside the room. Hallways and furniture just beat up and worn. Stay away!!!

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful; they made my 2-year-old feel at home! She loved going up front to chat and say hi to Shaylee and whoever else was there. Shaylee quickly became an 'adopted' aunt to our little girl! Reno was quick and helpful with checking in with a positive attitude. We were concerned about the previous reviews, but after our stay, we realized they were other people's issues, not the hotel employees. Don't let those negative reviews deter you from here! We will be back and will be recommending this hotel to everyone who comes to visit us once we make Bozeman our home!

Hotel hallways needs cleaning. Had a musky smell as well as room.
-
The price was great, the pool and slide was fun, breakfast was easy and well prepared, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the pet accommodation was superb.
-
Pros: no bedbugs, good security, friendly and helpful staff, and plenty of clean hot water. For the money I paid, I will not be staying there again.
-
Furniture is old and beat up and the perimeter of the red carpet was grey with dust. Headboard (wooden) banged against the wall every time you moved.
