Very clean, friendly and comfortable stay!

Property was clean and well kept. Room was provided with full sized refrigerator, stove top and micro wave which we used none of in our stay but everything was in good shape and ready to use. Was great for our purpose

I only wish they had bathrooms in the lobby, you have to go to your room to use the bathroom. After all, is the best hotel i have ever stayed.

A fairly new hotel, staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean, the shower was excellent.

Was a good place to stay in Bozeman and was pretty cheap. Went to stay there again a couple weeks later and for some reason, their prices had increased a hundred dollars for the same room.

For one night it was fine. We would have appreciated a complimentary breakfast. We did not have any use for a cooktop, a full size fridge, and a lot of empty cabinets since we were not doing an extended stay.

There was not much sitting area in the lobby. We waited for 15 min for front desk personnel to get room keys.

The view of mountains were great. Place not consumed by the city buildings. Wanted to stay longer. I slipped in tub while taking shower.

The rooms were clean; however, when I checked in, the front desk told me the elevators were not working and handed me keys to the third floor, noting this was the second time in a week and a half. When I asked if a room was available on the first floor, I was told no and was pointed to the stairs. My husband and I went back to our car to get clothes for one day and walked up three flights of stairs; unfortunately, I had surgery in July, and just one flight was a killer. I called the customer service line and reported what I was told about the elevators not working, that I had just had surgery, and that I would like someone to do something about this. I did receive an email about a half-hour later from the general manager at the hotel, saying this was the first time this had happened. This is unlikely since both people at the front desk said this was their second time. It is disappointing that he was trying to cover everything up.

Everything was great. The only thing that would have made it better is if breakfast was offered.

Clean simple practical i would appreciate some basic kitchen equipment if there is a kitchen corner, but other than that perfect place to stay for reasonable price!

We have stayed here 12 times this summer due to moving. Outstanding hotel. Very clean Great coffee
