The bed was really bad and uncomfortable. That was the main complaint. Besides that the hotel was quite dated.

Some new employees of course were unhappy and unmotivated. But this Hotel always has a friendly staff at the desk and serving breakfast. The neighborhood is much safer and I really appreciate the concern that Management and the maintenance team has for the local community. I hope that the banks appreciate the maintenance management and staff at Bozeman Quality Inn.
