Staff fantastic, excellent room.

Staff was so kind and helpful.

The pool was great for the kids and the free breakfast was awesome. Our room had hardly any plug ins that worked (they were all very loose) and our shower/tub did not drain properly. Step daughter took a 10 minute shower and the water was up to her ankles. We all had to shower after that to wash the chlorine off from the pool lol. The room was clean though and it was fine for the 1 night we stayed there.

The room was clean.

The property was clean and convenient to get to. Morning breakfast was good too.
-
For some reason, there was no shower curtain! Other guests had the same issue. Also, the microwave was ancient and was not intuitive to use.
-
Clean hotel , great staff. Rooms need a little updating. Mattress and pillows need replaced as they are worn out and the lightening in the vanity area was fluorescent lighting, making it hard for ladies to apply makeup.

Good, got checked in right away. Staff was helpful.

The room was filthy dirty I was afraid to sit on the couch. The bed looked there were people still sleeping in it. Cold showers. We booked for two nights but only spent one night. The place is a dump!!!!!!!

Not the best but not the worst. Breakfast was underwhelming. Front desk guy was friendly. IF you need to do laundry, bring quarters otherwise you might get stuck with having to buy a whole roll. Oh, and the electrical outlets were all so bad the chargers kept falling out.

Checking into our room, we discovered we were put into an ADA unit. The room was dirty, damage on the walls in the bathroom. The window net faced. The parking lot did not have blackout curtains. This was not the room we reserved as we have no ADA requirements. Returning to the front desk to change rooms, we spoke with the same individual and requested a room change pointing out this was not what we had reserved. The staff member was argumentative and unprofessional at best. He stated there were no more rooms and that’s what we had reserved. At this point in time, we attempted to cancel the reservation for tonight and he refused, stating there was nothing he could do about it as we were past the 24 hour cancellation period. With request requested to cancel the second night, and he still stated he could not do it. At this point in time, we did not feel safe staying in the room that did not have shades to block the window, the room was dirty, and the staff member was exceedingly rude. At this point, we decided to stay elsewhere, and will pursue a refund through Expedia. Within minutes, we spoke with the wonderful staff at the Comfort Inn, secured a room for two nights and left. Stay away from this facility.

everything was fine

Staff were helpful and able to accommodate everything I needed. Near the highway and lots of amenities. Easy, clean, convenient.

Nice little spot to sleep for the night before flying out of Bozeman. We never got a room key because the card scanner was down and the button to reset it is in the managers office which was locked at 11 pm when we got there but that was the only hiccup.
-
Nice place. A lot on the outskirts of Bozeman, but close to the airport.
-
Older place with thin walls a lot of traffic noise otherwise OK place I guess. Get the top floor so you don’t have to listen to the kids stomping up above you.
-
The room was pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room didn’t have a couch so it was ok.
