Quality Inn & Suites Bozeman

Clean room, staff was great.

Place was dirty and clearly needs repairs.

Now 9/20-9/21 We were pleasantly surprised to have a wonderful room, somewhat quiet and very comfortable sleep. Nicer fixtures and a working a/c unit that barely made noise!! Awesome!! Looked as if they’d finished painting the exterior which was happening on our first stay traveling through and the grounds looked much cleaner. We were happy with this 2nd stay. I think the only suggestion would be to supply your hotel with more than one room valet cart. Otherwise it was a good stay!!

Great location for going to the airport and historical downtown. I wpould have given it a 5 rating, but was only there for 15 hrs. I would book a reservation there again anytime .

The desk manager was great!!! Helped us locate a great dinner place and was very helpful and friendly!! Our stay not so much!! Our a/c unit sounded as if it would fall off the wall and was very loud every time it came on seeming it was on its last leg. We were disturbed several times in the wee hours of the night with a loud clanging pipe expanding noise!! Not much comfortable sleep was had. We were not expecting this as the hotel seemed like a nice and quiet clean place to stay.

Towels had holes in them. Refrigerator door was broken. Shower head sprayed water out the side.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was okay. If you book ask for a room furthest away from highway.

Overall great stay. Mattress did not give use a good night sleep.

The breakfast needed to be restocked sooner, I asked multiple times to fill items. I ended up getting sick after eating breakfast and it ruined the hiking trip for my BF and I. We saw the staff wipe the trash can and then wipe the food area.

For a weekend stay it was fine.

Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. A/C in our room didn't work and tub/shower was not as clean as it could have been.

The bed was really bad and uncomfortable. That was the main complaint. Besides that the hotel was quite dated.

Some new employees of course were unhappy and unmotivated. But this Hotel always has a friendly staff at the desk and serving breakfast. The neighborhood is much safer and I really appreciate the concern that Management and the maintenance team has for the local community. I hope that the banks appreciate the maintenance management and staff at Bozeman Quality Inn.
