Our room was nice and McDonald’s was across the street I paid my deposit and it’s been over 2 months and I I still have NOT received it back. To me that horrible customer service. Not happy at all!!

The outside of the motel looks junky. Parts of the door to the room I was staying in fell off the lock feel off , Barking dogs , dogs running the second floor making messes with the garage. I could not get any sleep, super noisy, I was there 10 hours and was able to sleep 2 of them.

The deadbolt was completely broken off and the light flickered none stop in the bathroom

The floor in my room was super sticky all the way through it. I couldn’t take my shoes off in the room.

Friendly convenient to fast food, pet friendly, morning coffee, and a big soft bed. Well Neighbors argued loudly for most of the night but you can’t control that.

Convenient to where I was going. Just off the interstate. They are redoing the pool area and apparently the rooms as there were no pictures or anything homey about the rooms. It was clean yet kind of sterile No pool available, however it will be. No breakfast when website said there was breakfast.

There was construction going on so there was no breakfast, no coffee, ice was up on the second floor which was hard for an 80-year-old.

We were supposed to pay at the property but they took our money from my card the morning of our stay, meaning the room was paid for before we arrived. The problem I had with this was that I had booked 2 rooms. Our traveling was going to pay separately. Instead they charged me for everything. Then they also made us pay $50 deposit each in case something was damaged, even though a card was on file. Totally shady practice. I won’t stay there again
