Hampton Inn Bozeman

The hotel needs a little upgrade. Our room looked old and the bathroom was not nice.

The hotel has seen better days. Should be closed and renovated from top to bottom. Very expensive even for a top rated property but for this it’s ludicrous.

The facility itself was fine, but we checked in at midnight after traveling 12 hours and was given keys to two different rooms with occupants already in them. Austin was very kind, but it was almost like this was his 1st night on the job. My complaint isn't on his behavior at all, but the fact that we woke up 2 different customers by being sent to the wrong rooms at midnight was very embarrassing and exhausting! We were told by Austin that our room would be refunded for our troubles, but of course that didn't happen the next morning. The lady at the counter, said she didn't know how he messed up that bad because he had been employed there for 2 years. It honestly seemed like his first day in the job.

Bathroom had steam possibly mold damage above the toilet at the ceiling. Also tiles where they come up the wall were coming loose in the bathroom. Carpet was not vacuumed very well upon our arrival to the room. Provided breakfast was found to be sufficient & varied over the 5 days of our stay. Staff could be more pleasant in the hallways & at front desk. Unsure this location is up to the Hilton standards.

Very nice comfortable place near airport. Walking distance to 1 restaurant and convenience store. Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. Let us check in early- all staff very friendly and welcoming. Choice of stores and restaurants are not walkable- will need a car.

Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety. Our airport shuttle was very helpful and Lee got us there on time. David at front desk was courteous and friendly.

Traveling through and was a convenient location Nothing

I learned a lesson with this property. Everything was fine with the property itself but I made the reservation wo realizing that the shuttle was not available until after 6 am and of course there wasn't anything available for a light breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was good, rooms are outdated

Pretty run down hotel. Staff that we interacted with were great, but everything else was mediocre. Didn’t feel super clean and there were some little things (shower didn’t get hot, stains on furniture, breakfast wasn’t just ok).

Pool had thermostat issues but we were able to swim next door. Very good breakfast. Lots of close dinner options (not walkable). Very comfy beds.

Hot tub was boarded over and closed; swimming pool heating was off. Dissappointing as its nice to have after a day of resort skiing.

Great place, friendly staff. They always take care of me in particular, Tara, who asked me if I needed something, and let me know that there would be some issues.
