The carpet was wet in the room when we arrived and the whole room smelled musty and damp. We stayed the night hoping we could look past it in the morning. However, the next day we decided to change hotels due to this. The woman at the front desk was really kind, but the manager came knocking on our room accusing us that we spilled something or used the shower, resulting in the carpet being wet. Not a great interaction.

Paris (front desk) was polite and welcoming. We found previous guests garbage in our room when we were checking everything out upon arrival. Kind of gross to think what else did they miss.

The hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was great.

On the whole week-long vacation trip, this was the only hotel that honored our request of connecting rooms. Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean.

Good location good value

The room inside was comfortable and clean.

No hot water in our room. Hard bed. Terrible blankets. Vending machines didn’t work

Room was clean and quiet. Nice staff and breakfast was hot with a nice variety.

Check in process was easy even at a late hour. Room was clean and basic. The pool was closed, wish that would have been listed somewhere or the front desk would say something besides just a paper taped to the door. That was one of the reasons we chose this property traveling with kids.

When we arrived the hotel charged us 50 cents for some difference that booking.com did not cover I thought the receptionist should have honestly zeroed that out but whatever it wasn’t worth the hassle, the first room smelled of mold but the receptionist changed out our rooms after blaming the smell on pool chemicals as the room is above the pool. The smell was mold/ mildew not pool chemicals then told us it would be a downgrade due to high occupancy which I knew for a fact it was not at high occupancy it would of been nice of her to not make us feel like it was our problem to fix but otherwise good pool wasn’t available due to maintenance but they offered us to have access to the neighboring hotels pool but did not utilize The bath tub in our room had some sort of damage needs updating for sure, also came here to visit Yellowstone, my daughter plugged in her camera battery for the next day to be disappointed that her battery was not charged due to outlet not working

Clean room, staff was helpful and breakfast was sufficient. We were in the area only overnight, so it worked well for us.

Walmart across the street Calm & family oriented place The only public bus which stops at nearby walmart has limited times & one has to plan ahead (if not driving)

The picture of the room for the room I selected showed two chairs and a small table in the room. When I got there, there was only a desk chair in the room. We were going to be there for 3 days and was hoping for a better chair to sit in other than the bed. Then one of our Queen beds was not centered on the frame and my husband almost fell on the floor when he sat down on the corner of the bed. We got the mattress moved over on the wood box frame but then there was a metal bar sticking out on one side. When my husband went down and talked to the front desk, they said they would send the matenance man up to fix it during the day while we were out. We got back and nothing had been done. When we told the front desk they acted like they didn't believe us, because he is very reliable. So she sent him up again while we were there and he just looked at it and said he would take care of it. Needless to say when we checked out at the end of our 3 night stay it had still not been fixed. Also the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall with no batteries in it and when we pointed that out to the matenance man he said "oh people are always stealing those" never offered to fix that problem. So I guess we are supposed to carry our own batteries for this problem. I found out that hotels will not give you any kind of discount if you book with a second party they only offered to give me some Wyndham points on my account.

Room was clean, and worked well for one night so we could fly out in the morning. The lady who checked us in was very nice and funny. Breakfast sucked!!! Otherwise good.

Most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The water pressure in the shower was so overpowered it hurt to shower while also being water boarded by the mist from how hard it was spraying no matter the setting it was on. Our room window was just a view of the rooftop ac units. Breakfast was bare minimum. Housekeeping never came while we were there for 3 days. Had to ask someone if they could send housekeeping to change out our full trash bins and get fresh towels and was told they would take care of it and nobody showed. Ended up having to go to the front desk and ask for trash bags and fresh towels and do it myself.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average and on weekend late on set up. Hot tub was amazing.
