Outdated, crazy food pricing for the outdated and quality. Many better options. I expected more from Marriott

I didn't get a chance to look around outside on this stay, so can't help with a riverwalk opinion.

I thought the hotel was very nice, clean great location, I gave 5 stars, but I have spine issues and for me the bed was way too hard

Starbucks attendant could not get us a coffees due to seting up bar.

Staff was amazing, and I loved the suite

I’m sure that when this hotel was newly built it was spectacular. I picked the courtyard Marriott from previous experience. Expecting clean, quality and wholesome atmosphere. The hotel is dated. In major need of repair. The carpets smelled and are dirty. The minute we entered the lobby there was a foul moldy smell. All five of us started sneezing when we reached the 3rd floor. Our room was spacious. It accommodated a family of five. We however could not enjoy it. The plumbing was slow. It smelled. We all started sneezing while showering. The whole place felt moldy. We were sneezing all night. Had black mucus in the morning. Also, free breakfast is apparently not free. If you book through a third party. The breakfast is also nothing to desire. Stale muffin and a fruit. Next time I have a last minute emergency, I will stay at a best western, Hilton, Even holiday inn. At least they keep their premises updated and their breakfast are traditional. Such a shame! I could see this hotel at its hiatus. Being a spectacular place to stay. At this point, it needs a lot of work.

I couldn’t even bare to stay more than 5 minutes in the room. The hallway looked like something out of a horror movie. Disgustingly dirty and outdated carpet, lights at the end of the hallway that weren’t working. The room looked like something from an old episode of Criminal Minds SVU. I checked out. I was OFFERED a complete refund by the front desk supervisor before i could even ask. I was told i had to go through my third party but they usually refer to the front desks decision. Then Expedia DENIED my refund request. Now the hotel won’t get back to me after emailing me FIRST asking how they could assist

The room itself was depressing, outdated, and had a bad smell. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. The sofa bed was extremely old, uncomfortable, and so dirty that it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in years. To make matters even worse, we found a dead cockroach inside the bedding of the sofa bed, which was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, this hotel is old, dirty, poorly maintained, and does not provide a healthy or comfortable environment for guests. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

We did a junior suite, was very happy with size of the room

Communication

I ask Frontdesk about it and they stated that the Airconditioner in the living area doesn’t work . Considering, this is Marriott , it’s below my expectations.

I visit here once maybe twice a month for self care. I take my daughter, friends, and sometimes family. It is my favorite place to stay because of the hot tub and quiet atmosphere. The room is clean and the staff is more than friendly.

nice hotel, nice area, breakfast was okay for the price.

Close to riverwalk.. head of housekeeping rude disrespectful at check in. Manager not resolving problems. Never returned phone calls.
