The pool and poolside was great We did not have breakfast

Front desk staff was great they did their best. Issue was 4 th of July check in. Had issues with check outs cleaning and check in. We tried to check in at 3pm but family and 2 rooms had to wait due to late check outs of club members. So this back logged every check in. I’m also sure they were short staffed cleaning people but were not given that info. We finally received are rooms took at least 30 minutes. Marriott needs to change their check in 3pm. late check out times 1 to 4 pm depending on your membership especially on holidays the entire lobby was full of complaining people and the Staff were doing there best I give them much respect for how they handled it. But Marriott give them a hand .

Clean room, really nice staff.

I had a very poor experience at another local hotel a couple of weeks earlier, so I made a choice to choose your hotel and pay just a little more, and I'm glad I did - it was worth every penny.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs/requests. Our room was clean and spacious, very comfortable with a beautiful view of the Riverwalk. Great workout facility too! The pool area was very nice and family friendly. Would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, great scenery.

I have stayed at many Courtyard hotels but this is the first time I have been disappointed with one of their hotels. It started upon arrival my rprepaid room was assigned to someone else with the same last name but a different first name. It took more than an hour after ✔️ in time to resolve but I still didn't get the exact room which was supposed to be handicap amenities . To the hotel credit they did say they would give me a 50.00 credit for the mix up which I haven't seen yet. The room il assigned wasn't properly cleaned. The bathroom floor was very dirty so I complained to the front desk and show them pictures. They said they would send the cleaning people back to clean the room but after waiting several hours with no show I decided to go back to the front desk to complain. I was told that they had been told by the cleaning crew they had been back to clean the room which was false. I asked to speak to the manager on duty who then offered me the room that I originally ordered which I guess had became available at some point. She offered to allow me to move if I felt the room was cleaned to my satisfaction. The smell wasn't great but at least it was clean so I took it and moved to the new room. I really hated having to write this review because I have never had an issue with any Courtyard Marriott hotel that I have ever stayed in but I think it was important for the Courtyard to know when things are not up to their standards considering the price I paid to stay there.

Location and staff was great! The price was perfect for what we needed ( one night) but you can tell the hotel is old,maybe a little bit of upgrade on the rooms needed.

The staff were all outstanding! From the check-in receptionists to the cafe barista, everyone was very welcoming and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was equally well kept. I would like to highlight housekeeper Sharon for helping my family with extra towels and directions in the building, and check-in clerk Rae-Rae for being wonderfully informative about weekend activity highlights on the beachfront. All the staff were great, my family and I will be returning customers. Signage to find the property among the complex of apartment buildings up and down the block is difficult to spot. The hotel’s signs blends in too much like. A few spotlights to standout or a new sign that pops out more would be helpful.

It was close to the Riverwalk The hotel was in disrepair. Carpets were extremely dirty. I had a roach fall from ceiling on my face in bed. Got a video..spoke to front desk clerk Angela showing her my video. She had no authority and hotel manager would not speak to me. She stated he would be 20mins before he would come out. I powered thru my stay and made myself a promise. Never again

Locations really good! Beautiful view I like the location, it's close by, however the air conditioners are very old
