Great stay! Everything was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was not a great experience. This was my first time giving this hotel brand a chance, and I'm not sure I would stay here again. At check-in, you're asked to provide a credit card, and they place a $40 refundable hold for possible damages. The hotel does have a good location, and the restaurant on the 8th floor offers a limited American-style menu. There are also several restaurants nearby. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel doesn't have on-site parking. You have to park in a garage across the street, a bit of a walk away. If it rains, as it did during my stay, you'll definitely get wet. I hope this review is helpful if you're considering staying at this property.

However, I had a serious issue with cleanliness or pest control. One night, I woke up with multiple bites on my torso and back. After checking out, I had a virtual medical consultation, and the doctor prescribed a cream to treat the bites. I cannot confirm the exact cause, but I suspect they may have been flea bites, considering that the hotel is pet-friendly. This incident had a negative impact on my stay, and I believe the hotel should review and strengthen its cleaning and pest control procedures to help prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we got there everyone we came in contact with was pleasant! The breakfast was good! Rooftop pool was an amazing extra! We loved it.

The place is great! The restaurant in the hotel is 20 out of 10. Very fun rooftop bar. Our room was large and very clean. Staff was very friendly. Perfect location!

The parking area is just steps from the hotel and is not a problem at all in my opinion. I will book this hotel again and also I will recommend it to friends.

The air conditioner did not work well in our room and it was very loud. However the shower pressure and breakfast was great!

Great stay and there was some great accomodations. Would definitely recommend oak and stone for a sunset rooftop outing.
