This was a perfect place to have a nice getaway! Thank you Destiny for being so lovely!!!

Super nice looking hotel, great open space, organized and clean. Calm and enjoyable walking around the property. The room felt spacious and comfortable. Loved the cleanliness! This location doesn’t really have direct visibility to the water but still very nice overall.

The staff was very friendly, property was clean. Will be back.

hidden prices are to high, for example, parking fees and resort fees.

Staff very helpful and friendly

Very nice large room. Bar stayed open late for those night caps, the bar also has a small Starbucks. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Palmetto area.
-
Limited food menu. Pool bar closed early 6 ish. Super clean and massive well equipped fitness room.
-
Great hotel close enough to Holmes beach without the price tag. Clean and staff friendly. The beach club was underwhelming. Hopefully they build their own in the near future. Main pool area is small.

Had an incredible stay! From the moment we walked in we were in awe of how beautiful the hotel is. We were greeted by Roy who helped us check in and he was such a sweetheart. We also talked to Eva for a little and she was also very sweet. All the staff we came in contact with were very friendly. Our room was absolutely stunning. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the most outstanding places we have stayed at. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, offering us free parking since we were on our honeymoon. They had a separate area woth a pool, spa, and games and had transportation there and back. The room service was amazing and the food we ordered was delicious. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area. Wonderful!

Great place to stay!

Food was delicious. Spa treatments were amazing. Staff were friendly and we received an early check-in. Will definitely come back.

Nice hotel, however could be a little more clear with payments for parking and extra stuff. Parking was like an additional $50 bucks per night. That’s terrible. It’s not even in an area that you would need to pay for parking- they just decided to make a little extra money from everyone who doesn’t pay attention when booking. Anyways overall it was fine.

I paid for breakfast, yet there was a guest list and my name wasn't on it; I was still able to enter the breakfast room

Amazing stay!!! Clean rooms, staff was great!!! Breakfast was actually real good food. Staff was very patient with my son. Parking was easy and valet even offered to help us take our luggage up. Pool area amazing, had some spa vouchers but didnt get a chance to use them. Everyone seems really happy doing their job at this location. Next yr planning a longer stay, as we loved it so much!!! Worth every penny!!!

The Beach is on inter coastal waterway needs more shade. New hotel needs a few more comfort areas. The M Lounge was a nice way for members to get a quiet place to visit. The Social restaurant is nice but the seating arrangement in the common area in the lobby so it feels more like your eating in the wrong place. The restaurant on top floor is sweet and it definitely was the best meal we had at this hotel. All the staff from front desk to m lounge and pool area are very welcoming and kind. Cleanliness is up to standards for a Marriott and I hope they keep that up because it’s a pretty property. Not much to see or do in Palmetto and local restaurants were not very good at all even with high Google ratings. Parking lot is large and you will pay $25.00 a day just to use it. Really should comp self parking. I hope they get a lot of conventions booked next door at new convention center so they can grow a bit more. We love Marriott’s and JW Marriotts Bonvoy are our favorites. Nicole at the Social bar is very sweet and can make a wonderful drink. Gloria in the M Lounge is so sweet. Ryan at front desk and Luke definitely the most helpful and professional.
