The most concerning incident happened when an unknown man repeatedly tried to open our room door. We called security because we were genuinely scared, but we felt the situation was not taken seriously or properly investigated. The following day, the hotel questioned us because my cousin, who was a registered guest in our other room, was visiting us. They then blocked us from accessing our own room and required our passports to be verified again, even though they had already been verified at check-in. We waited over an hour for security, causing us to miss our 5 PM dinner reservation. Even worse, during a confrontation, a staff/security member attempted to physically grab my cousin, which was completely unacceptable. We have video footage documenting what happened. The rooms were also dirty, and overall the service was extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be an enjoyable family vacation became stressful, uncomfortable, and upsetting. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

Had an absolute blast with the wife for 3 days there! Food and drinks were amazing. Priced accordingly to most local places too. Would definitely come back. Thank you to Michael for carting our crew to the beautiful outside beach, Claire for getting everyone checked in and taken care of, Justin at the pool bar, and Erick for serving up some tasty old fashions at the lovely lobby bar!

We had a spectacular dinner at Oyster River Rooftop, which offers incredible views and award-winning culinary talent. We also loved grabbing morning coffee and casual bites at The Social downstairs. The hospitality here is elite. Every single staff member—from the friendly valet team to the front desk and the excellent pool bartenders—went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless.

The only complaint I should tell is that I believe the charges for the overnight parking is excesive. 25 dollars per night in this economy is too high and there is pleanty space to park

Excellent stay I wish I had more time in the Hotel. The guys at Valet were the BEST!!

The hotel's location was not ideal for my needs. It was set smack in the middle of a parking lot and adjoins the convention center. It's ideal for convention center events but not so much for persons not attending convention center related activities.

Regarding the room and bathroom, the shower had very little water pressure, and the curtain was too short, causing water to spill out of the bathtub. The facilities themselves are very nice and pleasant.

Super nice looking hotel, great open space, organized and clean. Calm and enjoyable walking around the property. The room felt spacious and comfortable. Loved the cleanliness! This location doesn’t really have direct visibility to the water but still very nice overall.

The staff was very friendly, property was clean. Will be back.
