I’d like to give Cindy a Shout out! Always working to keep everything clean and stocked. She did all this and was so positive and friendly. She was a bright spot in my morning!!!
-
Only 2 hr parking at the hotel we had to park 2 blocks away and walk .

Todo bien

The staff was very freindly and helpful. I would definitelyrecommend this hotel to anybody.

An excellent stay in the Bradenton area. The Continental breakfast had quite a few choices and prepared fresh each day. The rooms are beautiful, the gym is well equipped, and the pool is there even if it small. The only complaint I have is the parking situation that requires some planning as each of the parking lots is small but otherwise a fantastic place to stay

The place is very comfy to spend nights as a couple

Beautiful hotel centrally located

Very nice hotel and great location

Although the property is older and I noticed renovations were underway, the most important thing for us was the cleanliness—it was impeccable—and the breakfast was incredibly comprehensive. There were four types of coffee and a wide variety of options to choose from, with seating for 49 people; I would definitely stay here again. The *only* downside was the young woman who checked us in; she wasn't pleasant—perhaps she was having a bad day—and she didn't come across as welcoming or cheerful.

Everyone was very polite an professional. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean because I wear socks and they were clean. Breakfast vas excellent. Fruit is so important. I only use whole milk but there were many other things to choose from. Suggestion for boiled eggs. Place in boiling water for 13 min then place in ice water for 5 min and then you can peel easily after that. The colors in the hotel were calming. I will stay there again when I am in Bradenton. It is conveniently located to many things that I enjoy such as the river, Bishop Museum, small shops and casual drink & meal places. Thank you.

Pretty good hotel. It’s getting up there in age and has some “character” but for the price and location is great. Amazing breakfast.
-
plumbing and mold in the rooms. I brought the issues to the attention of staff. There seems to be a sincere concern regarding fixing these problems. Technically they can say they have a pool BUT don't get your hopes up and if you blink you'll walk past it. The staff was very kind and the breakfast buffet came in handy.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Quiet. Bathrooms need some TLC.

Good

Good breakfast but the room was old, shower had rust stains, furniture had tears, towels/TP were cheap and paint was applied in just one layer so the previous paint showed through. Parking was unavailable the last night there and we had to call the office to find out where to park after the spots in front, back, and overflow lots were full. Didn’t live up to Hampton Inn standards.
-
The only complaint I have is that although I was assured the bathroom was handicapped accessible, it was not. Using a walker in the bathroom was awkward unless you kept the door open. A wheelchair would have been impossible.
-
The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was delicious. Everything was very clean and our room was bigger than I expected.
-
However, nobody answer the phone from the front desk or the house keeping when I called for fresh towels.
-
The room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast had a lot of variety (eggs, sausage, potatoes, pastry, bagels, fresh fruit, waffles, coffee, hot chocolate, juice), frr parking, great location 5 minutes walk from Riverwalk and rooftop dining for sunset viewing 3 minute walk!

The room and place was great! When we arrived no one was at the front desk. We tried calling and the phone just rang. Eventually the lady came up from somewhere else
