Room was very clean. All the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping changed towels everyday. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. A great variety and always very full. Parking was a little crammed but they found a place for us to park when the hotel was fully booked out. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking jn the Bradenton area.

My husband and I arrived at the hotel on Thursday after a long drive and we were provided with a room right away. That part was really good. On Friday we left early to the beach and when return to the room we noticed that the room had not been cleaned. I contacted the front desk, and the manager told me that it had been an oversite from the housekeeping department. He told me that my room would be cleaned first thing on Saturday morning. I told him that we were leaving early to go to the 4th of July parade and then going to the beach. To my surprise when we returned to the room it was still not cleaned or we had any cleaned towels since I had put them on the floor to be cleaned. I contacted the front desk and again the supervisor said" We have had a lot of checking in and we are sorry we have not had time. I told him so that means that I don't matter since I had done the check in since Thursday. He said that he would have someone bring me some cleaned towels. I waited for over 30 minutes and no towels. I showered and dried myself with the clean hand towels that were still hanging in the bathroom. This experience is really concerning because it's just a matter of taking care of the customers. I would consider staying in any of these hotels again.

A perfect Stay when in the area.

The rooms were very clean.(no,abnormal smells) the beds were comfortable.the pillows were very flimsy.(had to double them up). Also, the blackout curtains. Were not up to par. I was woken up every morning by the sunlight.(which was fine.I wanted to enjoy the day) but,if you want to sleep in.you might have a problem. They also, have a overflow parking lot.(rear of bldg.)make sure you use the parking pass.and display it when parked. We saw parking enforcement issuing tickets. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I stayed in. Location, cleanliness, politeness of Staff, Breakfast, and parking. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Just bring your own pillows and eye mask.

This property is magnificent! It is a 1920s hotel and is, for lack of a better description, it is simply GRAND. High ceilings. Stenciled beams in the lobby, Windows on three sides of the breakfast room. Much wider selection of foods are presented for breakfast, including cut up fresh fruit. The lobby and breakfast rooms were elegantly furnished. Walking distance to the water, with various restaurants. We loved everything about it! This was our second stay and it won’t be our last.
