Very good service will stay again

This is a very basic property, but it is clean, well-managed, and very convenient to New Haven.

Second stay because it’s quiet and super clean. They had just steam cleaned all the carpets!! : )

Responsive staff. Grocery and coffee shop nearby. Clean room.

Nice “old-timey” vintage motel style hotel, bed was super comfortable, sheets were soft and bright white. The shower water pressure was amazing and water was very hot. Location is close to I-95 but far enough away so there’s no highway noise. Shopping, dining and gas are in close proximity. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, if I’m in the area I’d stay again.

staff was very friendly. It is very isolated so dining options and such remote. You do have to drive.

The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. However, the blanket was on top of one single sheet and then on top of that was a bedspread. It is well know that the bedspreads are seldom washed and the blankets are washed between once a week and once a month. So, the skin ends up touching the blanket and the bedspread, which is not hygienic. This hotel should use a "triple-sheeting" method, which sandwiches a blanket between a clean flat bottom sheet and a clean decorative top sheet, ensuring the blanket rarely touches the guest. The bathroom only had shampoo and soap.

It is a ok facility, felt the non smoking rooms with cigar smoke smell.

The property is tidy and the staff are helpful.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff. Suited our needs perfectly for a one night stay but definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay longer!

Don't be put off by the slightly shabby looking exterior to this motel - or the bullet proof glass in the front office! The place is a gem. Clean comfortable beds, clean bathroom, great shower. Will definitely stay another time when in the area!

It was close to I95 Old furnishings, AC noisy all night and cooling sub par. This property needs to be updated. Also booking.com emailed me to say we were a no show, what’s going on here?

The room was very clean. It had both a microwave and refrigerator which is always a plus. It’s not a fancy motel but it is maintained well. Good place to lay your head.

I only stayed for 1 night and it was fine for that. It's like a throwback to roadside hotel from years past. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. The guy at the front deck was polite and welcoming. For a basic no frills hotel it was good.

Very clean, quiet and spacious room. Easy on/off I-95. Friendly staff as well. I will be coming back.

I thought this hotel was great. I’m so happy I came across it. Next time I’m in town. I will be staying there again. Very clean. Lovely staff. They even called after I checked in just to make sure everything was OK. I thought that was a nice touch. Is it fancy? No, but who cares. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean and the parking was easy. Great experience. Thank you!

Clean room, the internet modem had to be rebooted but no other issues.

It was clean and the shower was very powerful (great water pressure),although an older facility it is updated and well maintained. Wasn’t there long to draw a conclusion on this.
