Our air went and we just slept there. It looked like a nice place we had no problems. Cold cold air. Beautiful

The room smelled of smoke, the sheets were dirty, the parking lot was not secure. We could not stay and I have yet to receive my promised refund. See above

I have never been stated such as bad hotel in my life….. overall is very very bad experience with this hotel. I have booked 2 non smoking rooms and hotel provided me on smoking room instead and it was worse than any other property. Guests shouldn’t choose this hotel.

I was told I didn't book the deluxe package. Was given a room where the toilet didn't flush and sink was cracked. The bed were too short for the bed frame, there was one towel and three had towels for two people. Ordered the deluxe room for fridge that my wife needed for her insulin. Turns out I had reserved the deluxe room. Then tried to move us to the second floor without an elevator. Wife is a heart patient and I'm disabled. We decided to leave after 20 minutes and found a nicer hotel. Didn't like the idea of not getting the room we booked without having to argue with them about it. Was told I would get a refund but never received one

Room was pretty big and clean, bed comfortable, very clean linens , bathroom clean too. Outside the room was bed smell, in the hall and everywhere outside the room. When you close the room door its pretty good . Big space with perfect air condition and fridge. If i need in future i could stay there again.

The worst customer service, they had mysterious charges, toilet didn’t work, and beds were dirty and disgusting. Worst experience of my life!

Budget and pet friendly. Clean but not spotless, staff accommodating yet not quite friendly. A basic room with clean bed. This would fall into the get-what-you-pay-for category.

I stay just for the night cause I needed I place to crash. It isn't a place I would stay long term but if worked for the night and for the price.

Room was not well cleaned, entire property smells terrible. My key card stopped working every single day.

It was an ok place just to stay one night to catch a flight in the morning. Beds were not comfortable, I could feel springs poking into my back. The room appeared to be clean.

Right off the highway, very easy. Plenty of restaurants around. 10 minutes from a Walmart. Needs "updating" e.g., carpeting has stains and tears. Vomit smell in hallway downstairs. Cigarette smoke smell on 2nd floor. Urine smell in stairway going from 1st to 2nd floor. Key Cards kept losing their programming requiring a trip to front desk to get it reprogrammed. Broken shelf in bathroom reported on 1st day of stay ... never repaired. No housekeeping by default - needs to be requested for each day. No coat-hangers in room

Location Cigarette burn wholes in pillow cases and sheets.

The front desk agent pointed towards the back of complex and screamed at me that I was to enter from there. Again, not mentioned in check in… The room floors were disgusting. Im literally surprised that I didn’t leave the property with a staph infection.
