Branford Motel

The place has a Great Reservationist who was very pleasant checking us in! Carpet was very dirty and the bed covers had holes in them and the curtains was wrinkled…you felt the dustiness in the air especially with the air conditioning on…it needs a complete renovation!…the bathroom was dirty and there’s a large hole in the wall!

Very dirty, no emeneties ,no water no caffee machine actually nothing!

I love that it’s out of the way and private

I didn't like the attitude of the desk clerk very rude and cold Definitely didn't make a guest feel comfortable or welcome just concerned about getting paid

I went for the smoking jacuzzi room,cuz the price wasnt too bad for one night, i liked the size of the jacuzzi itself,it was big enough for up to possibly 4 people . The jacuzzi was a nice size ,i thought, however the room at first glance was not fully cleaned: cob webs in most corners, table looked like it still had ashes on it,and the jacuzzi was "somewhat" functioning, still had water and dirt in it,so told front desk,(i did like that) he came a few minutes later ,and cleaned it himself ,since they didnt have another jacuzzi room to switch too at the time.

Not a thing. If I could rate it 0, I would. It was disgustingly filthy. When we went to the front desk to complain, the front desk clerk walked us to ANOTHER filthy room with birthday party decor still all over the wall & smashed cupcakes still all over the room. We were told we had to contact Booking.com for a refund (which we will be doing since I payed 500$ to have to leave & find a new place to stay with my daughter @ 10:00 @ night). Our room had hair on the drinking cups, and on the counters, dried blood & dried candle wax & soot on the bedside tables, the water in the tub just ran and would not shut off, the entire shower curtain/rod was bent & dirty, the floor was dirty, I saw a bug crawl across the wall, there were cigarette burn marks in the comforter & what looked like dried semen (white & crusty) on the comforter, the tiles in the “jacuzzi tub” were all missing & if was gross with standing water in it. It was so gross I’ve contacted the department of health. This place should not be in business. Absolutely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, even though the gentleman at the front desk was polite, the check-in experience was terrible. The system was not working and he had to get the manager. They finally got me checked in and asked me to sign a receipt, for $80 even though I showed that I had pre-paid for the stay online and was able to use a credit and only paid sixty-something. They said that the receipt was for Hotels.com and not another charge. As it was late and I was tired, I signed. Shortly after getting to my room, I went to the bath room and found three live cockroaches walking around the bathroom sink and shower. I immediately killed them, then proceeded to pack my bags and check-out. I'm not pretentious at all and understand that motels are usually cheaper for a reason. But, I draw the line at having live roaches in the room.

Charge me twice nd claim no refunds .ppl are rip offs .no extra linen ..nd a hole inda middle of bed.also ice machine never works
