The breakfast was pretty good and the beds were very comfortable. The bath tub jacuzzi didn’t work, AC unit was noisy, and electricity was out for several hrs.

Friendly staff. Clean and very comfortable room and bed. 2 power shortages during our stay. I know you can’t help it but might want to think about generators in the future. We were on the 5th floor. Luckily we managed to safely get my mom down and up the 5 flights of stairs. Also, the elevator got stuck a couple of times. We also came to breakfast at 8:45 and all 3 coffee thermos’s were empty.

The room was very nice and very clean. The hallway and elevator was not real nice.

The bathroom vent was covered in dust, and the room had some maintenance issues. Shower curtain rod was coming off the wall, cover for the air-conditioning is coming off. The floor in our room made our white socks dirty, Floor should be steam clean. The hotel staff very nice and helpful, including the kitchen staff. Pool too small.

The entry into the Baymont was clean and inviting. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Weekend breakfast offered was nice with different options hot & cold, indoor and outdoor seating. Housekeeping kept us with clean towels and made the bed each day. During the week the breakfast was more limited. We stayed on the 5th floor, upon check in the hallway outside the room was 80 degrees. The bathroom in our room could use a bit of tlc. It was clean however the caulking was cracked and discolored. There were some good sized spider webs by the window and we could hear the TV from the next room. Overall a decent place but could be alittle nicer with some maintenance and TLC.

Good location. Only 0.8 miles to Branson Landing. This property is dated and could benefit from a face-lift. The breakfast offered was very poor. No coffee on sight. Basic fare. Price was affordable.

The hotel is old, dirty. The carpet in room was dirty and sticky, had to ask for towels maid only can once to clean. Then had to ask for the service. Just was not happy with my stay there
