Baymont by Wyndham Branson - On the Strip

Very quiet place. Staff real friendly.

The pm male person was nice and helpful. The pm females were also not friendly. The am female was unfriendly and not helpful. The room was adequate for a one night stay. Will not stay here again the building was old and items needed repair.

Pool and breakfast Everything was good

The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. The showers had good water flow and the water was hot almost instantly. Seemed to be in a good location and was easy to get to attractions from the hotel. We stayed four nights and the only time that we had a hot breakfast was on the day we checked out. The other three days was a continental breakfast. The milk in the refrigerator was out of date and spoiled. Our room was never made up during our four nights even though it said that the sheets would be changed every third night. We had to go to the lobby to ask for towels and toilet paper. The room smelled musty and the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom by the breakfast area and in the pool area were both out of order. Even my grandsons noticed that the hotel was in poor condition. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The location was great. The breakfast was delicious and the lady who was cooking was super nice. Loved the hot tub and pool. We had to go to the lobby to connect our devices to the WiFi. For some reason we were not able to connect on the third floor.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety of choices, several kinds of juices, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle makers, pastries, choices of several cold cereals and oatmeal, muffins, sweet rolls! AND......the Princess of the Breakfast Room was a fantastic person! What wasn't to like?????

Convenient Carpet smelled bad in room

Staff is always courteous. Nice location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Did not have the usual breakfast Monday morning, so that was disappointing.

Good breakfast. clean room. A little outdated. No bottled water in the room.

The indoor pool is a lifesaver for people with kids when you need to sit down and rest. Wish it was in a better location for walking

The staff/ front desk workers were extremely nice and accommodating!

We were very disappointed in the breakfast offerings. We showed up at the beginning of breakfast, all they had was cereal and waffles. They have several warmers with signs that show they normally serve sausage, eggs, gravy etc. I thought maybe we came down to early but came back and hour later with same offerings. When I asked front desk was told “we didn’t feel like doing a full breakfast today” this is really unacceptable and not how you run a business. We will not return to this location.
