Great location. We stay here every time we come to Branson

Good place

This was our second year staying and had no complaints.

Breakfast was fantastic. Location was good, downtown accessible. Staff was helpful and friendly. Door to our room doesn't close or fit well. Beds were average. Would stay again.

Exceptional

The website pictures magically morphed the ‘70’s structure to somehow seem appealing. Everything was outdated, the room was small and dark; the tub backed up with 1 shower; but most notable was the deafening sound of trucks, motorcycles and open pipe kid mobiles going right past the rooms late into the night. Located on the side of a hill, the extra acceleration required really highlighted the experience resulting in constant volume adjust of the TV. This also added to the volume of voices necessary in the surrounding rooms. Lastly, besides the all- processed variety of breakfast items, check in took 20+ minutes of waiting for any human to come to the desk; which was explained by “ this is how it goes when I’m the only one working” and I’m not allowed to put any signs up to say I’ll be right back.

Superb

We loved our King size bed and the room was clean and comfortable. We chose this spot because of the reviews of how nice, clean, and comfortable, but we also wanted to stay here so that we could walk downtown. We did not drive anywhere since everything we wanted to eat and shop for was right in walking distance. We were sound asleep when we had a neighbor checking out of their room, and they had a small dog that was barking constantly waking up my husband. We had been traveling, and this was the best nights sleep we have had. It was hard to get woke up by an owner who wasn't trying to stop a barking dog.

The breakfast was ok but overall, ehh

The AC didn’t work when we got there and there was not a maintenance person on property until the next day. It was fixed after a couple of tries! Housekeeping did not replenish the shampoo or conditioner. They took the soap from the shower and didn’t replace it. Otherwise everything was good.

Everything was great

The room was clean, the location excellent, the free breakfast tasty and fresh and the pool was nice and clean. The room was a bit musty smelling.

Cleanliness of room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, convenient location.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only issue was a older venue that was fairly well maintained. A good quiet place to stay, close to many food places.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a variety of breakfast items, including fresh fruit, yogurt, biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, and pancakes.

It’s giving stinky humid motel vibes not nice refreshing hotel vibes.
