Clean room. Great location to branson landing

We had two nights booked on Expedia but they didn't notify Best Western but the front desk went above and beyond to make things work out better for us!

Great place and very convenient to downtown Branson

Very clean. Room was recently remodeled. Recommend you don’t stay by road. Noisy.

The Hotel is in the Historic Branson area and walking distance to The Landing. The room is clean with daily service. The bed is very comfortable! It is wonderful to get a hot breakfast every morning.

Location, breakfast, employees… Room very damp, small bathroom, very dark, worn furniture…

The rooms are a little outdated, and the air conditioner is very loud, but the bed was comfortable. The location is a big plus—it's within easy walking distance of the Landing. My only issue was with the pricing. I booked through Hotels.com at one rate ($469 for both nights) but was charged $485 at check-in. I did select to pay at the hotel but pricing should be what is quoted when booking.

The location was great. We were there for a dance competition that was at the convention center. So we were able to walk down there and back. The noise. From able 7am to 11am there was so much noise from the house keeping staff, yes I know they have to clean and start early, but the cart wheels were so loud that you could not sleep through it. And I even had a sound machine!

There was a softball tournament while we were there and the kids and parents were so rude, blocking walkways, running outside the rooms knocking on doors. Management did nothing. It rained and water came in our room under the door, carpet was filthy.
