Check in went well. The room was clean and the ac worked well. I liked that the pool stayed open all night. The coffee in the dining room was good. The maid knocked on my door and hollared room service several times. I asked her to wait please. Check out time wasn’t until and at 10:45 I opened the door to a maintenance man on his knees trying to open my door because the maid told him there was a red light on my door. That’s because I had locked the deadbolt! She was very determined to get me out of the room before check out time. She woke me several times. I was also disappointed that the pool was all three feet deep.

Location, price and staff were great! Loved the convenience of the trolley that ran every 15 min from hotel to downtown. I would have given a perfect score but room was a little damp. Idk if it was due to tub in bedroom and being on bottom level?! But it was damp upon check in and thru out the stay. Front desk did give us a fan. Staff was great!

The first room had fleas. The management moved us to another room and it was clean. The fleas.

Excellent breakfast and 24 hour pool, felt clean and safe

Stephanie was excellent during Check-in. She helped with our luggage because of the hills on the property. Because of the hills, the design to get to the rooms was unique. We liked the pocket door into the bathroom, and the fact that there was a floor mat for the shower. The lighting in the room was ok, but only the lights had outlets. The website should state that the property was on a hill; it was difficult walking up to breakfast. There was a cabinet for it, but no microwave. Would be nice if there were wall outlets
