Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing

Great location. Very clean and safe.

After some initial AC issues with our room, we had no other issues. The staff was accommodating and addressed our concerns directly and took immediate steps towards rectifying them. I was very impressed with the staff and would stay at the promenade again in the future. Nice location as well. Very convenient.

Again on 2nd visit...the air conditioner is loud. Don't really like seeing other rooms across from window. To close..had to keep curtains closed. (Dark)

Only problem was I had to call for toilet paper because no more was left after room was cleaned. Everything else was great

We had a view of the roof, an absolute terrible view.

We enjoyed absolutely everything about our stay from the minute we checked in to the minute we left. The hotel staff went above and beyond and made our stay absolutely perfect.

The shower head was broken

Great service and location was great. So far the funnest spot we have stopped on our road trip.

When checking in the valet person said I could valet my car for the same price as self parking so I did. The hotel still charged me the valet price.

The staff was great & very helpful, but the bathtub

It is a nice place to stay,the front desk employees were the only ones I spoke with. They were very nice and helpful. I don't recall seeing on the website that you had to pay an additional 21 dollars a day to park but I could of missed that. The train blowing its whistle around 11 pm wasn't great. Other wise it was fairly quiet. I thought there was more to do on the landing. When I go back to Branson I will stay some where a little cheaper and closer to the other attractions. All in all it is a nice place.

Front desk clerk was a bit on the rude side when we were asking for directions. Porter and valet were curious and attentive. Maid service unfortunately was not aware we had a party of 4 staying in one room and only restocked towels for one person.

The staff was wonderful. It seemed I didn’t get the room I thought I reserved and was very disappointed as it was celebrating our anniversary. The staff fixed it right away.

The property is great. It’s on the landing and the room's are nice. It’s overpriced and they sent a text at 7:30 am. Being on vacation I leave my phone on in case of emergency. Getting woke up by the landing staff telling me the check out time doesn’t constitute an emergency in my opinion.

The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from a Hilton. The location couldn’t have been better. The convention center was an easy walk away, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops just steps outside the front door, making it incredibly convenient. This hotel completely turned our trip around. If you’re visiting Branson and want a clean, comfortable hotel with amazing staff and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend staying here. We’ll absolutely be back!

Staff not attentive. I’m a person of color and seemed really invisible. Parking wasn’t really safe and inaccessible ( no direct access to building from parking garage without going outside). Irininboard had something on it, blinds didn’t work, they put me in an accessible room (beds were low to ground). They did offer another room. But it was so frustrating after driving 7 hours and had to shower change before being at a show that started at 7:30p.
