Room size was great and near lots of restaurants. Unable to adjust room temp which never changed from 67 degrees in spite of thermostat control. It was cold. No hand soap at the bathroom sink for handwashing after toilet use. Had to go to the shower to get soap. On a noisy road and a train around 3:30 am with it’s whistle sounding.

Friendly, clean, great location, pool and hot tub. Our bed was the 2nd worse bed I have tried to sleep on.

Stayed at the Hilton with my friend. We got to our room and went to hang up our floor length dresses and the closet had a bar that was waist high. Had to hang our clothes in the bathroom on the shower rod. At 0300 the fire alarm battery ran low and started screaming every 15 seconds. Waited what felt like forever for a man and a latter to come in and change the battery. Valet parking was a mess as well.

The beds were low. No complimentary coffee. We couldn’t adjust the temperature in our room & it was freezing. I called down to the front desk & inquired about it & she said ‘engineering has to adjust it’…say what? I just expected way better since we were at the Hilton, but I was disappointed.

The bed! And every amenity cost extra and not just a little extra it was price gouging. Hidden fees for everything!! Would of took a lesser location with a nice bed

When we arrived there at 5 PM, the room temperature was set to 65 degrees, and we could not get it changed. We called maintenance twice and finally gave up at 11 PM. It was a miserable 5 hours of cold. They did not get the thermostat fixed until the next day.
