We stay here every year and it never disappoints. We love the facility, location and the amenities. We had the best bell hop that went above and beyond.
-
Wonderful hotel staff! Beautiful place! Modern, super clean, well maintained, comfortable. Loved the second level steak house.
-
I loved the king room with a balcony. It was so spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The food was good at the breakfast buffet. It was pricey, but it was nice; the view from the 7th floor was nice. It overlooked the scenic railway and Branson Landing Mall, with the lake in the background. Everything was good. Clean room. Friendly staff. location was good for shopping and eating. The city was peaceful.
-
Close to the location I wanted. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Room felt muggy. A bit on the pricey side. Wall were thin.
-
The hotel was absolutely beautiful in the lobby. The out door pool was awesome. I didn't like waking up at 8 in the morning to hearing the construction crew on upper floors banging on things.
-
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
-
Clean and comfortable! The staff was beyond professional. The pool area and outdoor bar were fun and inviting. The on-site restaurant was one of the best I have ever been to. We will be back!
-
The $400 room was way over priced to have had to have taken a cold shower. No hot water! After receiving a half hearted "sorry" from the receptionist, I had to ask her for some compensation. She refunded the parking fee only! That was my second time to stay there, won't do that again!
-
For what we paid it was not a $300 a night hotel room. Wasn’t cleaned properly could not get Aircon lower than 72%. Hot water took forever to get hot. Just a disappointment for what it cost. I would have stayed at the Big Mtn Lodge for a little bit more.

Room was very comfortable, staff was great and location couldn’t be beat!!!!
-
Great hotel nice pooland dj
-
I was there with two girlfriends for a fourth of July celebration on the Landing. Once you unload the car you park your car a short drive down the street for $15 a night.
-
Little pricey parking was a nightmare
-
The bed as extremely hard. People were loud and rude but the staff did take care of the problem. If there is a dance competition in town I'll never stay anywhere near the landing. Rude rude people.
-
Great experience all round
-
The pool, the lobby, the location, and the bed was extremely comfortable! The only thing that I really noticed was the selection of channels on the hotel room tv, there weren’t many options
-
If I go back to Branson, I would stay at this very centrally located hotel.
