Homestead Motel

The place was lovely and the owners are amazing and sweet people, highly recommend!! We got to feed their ducks and chickens and the pool is open all night, it is just an amazing place!! There was nothing, I didn't like.

The owners were wonderful. The place was so comfortable. I would say to anyone who likes to support local owned company's, stay here.

The location is right on a busy street with a lot of traffic noise. It is convenient to all the attractions in the area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There is free wifi,a coffee pot,microwave,refrigerator,etc. They do not serve breakfast,as the owner encourages guests to eat in local restaraunts. The parking lot is rather small.

On a main road that is very busy. No breakfast Bathrooms need to have grab bars for handicap and higher sitting toilets. Had issue with trying to get up. Bathroom was extremely small.

It was a very nice old fashioned motel with some quirks! Waking up to the sounds of ducks and chickens was fun in the city. The vent in the bathroom was amazingly noisy! We hated using it. Also, the description of the motel said the pool was open 24/7. It had obviously not been opened for a while as evidenced by the scummy water in the bottom.
