Super dirty.
-
Would have went to another hotel but our family from the East coast had already checked in. Trying to get a refund.
-
Manager offered to start the process of getting a refund and didn't know how to start the process for the refund. So, on a beautiful fall weekend in Branson MO there were only us and one other couple in this hotel. I knew immediately once pulling into the parking lot this place was a dump. Totally misleading. The other couple were very upset as well. We would not have stayed but hotels were already booked in the area.
-
Check in process was weird, property was poorly maintained and appeared almost abandoned, breakfast area not available and no notice ahead of time to allow me to book different property.
-
Property is run down, paint falling off walls and curtains had rips in majority of rooms on our side

Was not what was advertised, didnt stay the night. Pool wasnt opperational, the whole place seemed to not be in as good as condition as the photos showed. Dont think they the photos and the building were the same place.

Man at frint desk was very friendly. However hotel was old and dirty. It looked abandoned. Cob webs on floor, heating vents filled with dirt, mirror and tpilet dirty, no pool as advertised. I should get a refund.

Bugs and spiders all over the room. Badly managed property I have ever seen.
-
NOT as advertised. Incredibly expensive for the type of room it is.. upon seeing the room we requested a refund and we were given one without a problem.

This is a hotel to which time has not been kind. Carpet was so dirty it turned your feet or socks black when walked across it. Bathrooms not swept in corners. Air conditioning lagged. Ice machine broken. No tissue paper, no extra roll of toilet paper. Parking lot had weeds everywhere; it almost looked abandoned. Online reviews and pictures were not accurate. If we had planned on being there any longer than just to take a shower and sleep overnight before hitting the road, we would have walked away and found another place.

This property is not being maintained. Weeds, tall grass, pool closed, minimal breakfast, no ice, dirty walkways and clothes being hung from railings to dry. The pictures of the property on Orbitz tell a different story. It looks good from the pics but it’s getting very rundown. The room was clean but no soap and worn towels. It’s sad.

As for the pool, we got, "The pool is closed. We're waiting on someone to look at it." Likely story...It didn't seem like the pool had been opened in a couple of years. Overall, this place seems more like a "pay by the hour" type of hotel. We tried to get a refund, and the hotel won't respond, so now we're out a few hundred dollars. Worst hotel experience we've ever had! Spend a few more dollars down the road somewhere else. This place should be shut down and pulled from Hotels.com.

Bed and shower new and clean. Rest was dirty

Do not stay here. It is uninhabitable. About 10 years past it's prime. Bugs and spider webs everywhere. The pool is closed and over grown with weeds. It's all dingy and looks abandoned but unfortunately this place is still in business. We did not stay here and still trying to get a refund. I didn't take any pictures because it was so gross and creepy. As a family with young kids we left fast.

I loved everything about this stay! Thank you!
-
As we drove up we thought the place was closed. It had for sales on it and it looked abandoned. We thought we had been scamed. Lucky for us the sheets were cleaned.
-
Room was clean except for cigarette smoke and front desk person was polite, but everything that was advertised on the website was a complete lie. I’m trying to dispute the charges with Hotels.com.

Ou have to call a number. No breakfast.
-
1. The bathroom was not cleaned. No body wash available. 2. The bed was not cleaned. I found a sock from the previous tenant on my bed . Which means the room was not cleaned at all 3. There was no breakfast available the next day. The team did try to prepare one for us after we arrived but we were put off with the way overall this was handled. 4. We want Expedia to clearly outline that this is a not family hotel.
-
There was no breakfast avaiable even when they had informed us that breakfast is between 7 to 9. No proper amenities in the bathroom. The sink wouldn't drain properly. I had booked for a 2 day stay but had to get out of there before even a full day completed. I would want a full refund of my money for this horrible experience. PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
